This stay was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised.The lounge air conditioning, which was clearly listed as an amenity, was not working. This significantly affected comfort in the main living area where we spent most of our time. Despite this, the hosts downplayed the issue and initially dismissed it as insignificant, which felt unprofessional and dismissive.On top of that, the kitchen was not clean upon arrival. Plates, utensils, and surfaces were dirty to the point that we did not feel comfortable using them. We were forced to buy plastic plates and cutlery just to be able to eat, which is unacceptable for any accommodation — let alone one marketed as “luxury.”Although a small goodwill adjustment was eventually offered, it did not reflect the level of inconvenience experienced. More concerning was the lack of accountability and empathy in the communication.For a property promoted as a luxury penthouse, basic cleanliness and functioning amenities should be guaranteed. This listing is misleading, poorly managed, and not worth the price. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to others.
