Me and my family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this holiday house. It was big enough for out whole family and loved how the beach was within walking distance and was close to shops.

Weekend Family Stay
Location of the premises was excellent. Comfortably accommodated 8 adults and 3 young children. Had a problem with ants upon arrival, but the property manager was quick to reply. All necessary supplies were provided except would have liked to have dishwasher tablets one at least for each day of rental. Late checkout was made available which was very much appreciated and enjoyed a lazy Sunday morning before departure.

Extremely dirty
House layout and neighbourhood are fantastic However the cleanliness of the property was disgusting. We we're unable to let a child crawl on the tile floors as the dirt would cover her clothing and make her hands black. Whilst we tried to mop and remove the dirt the mop left was also disgusting. There was food left under/in the couch from previous people.

Great house, great location.
Well located and designed properly for groups or families. Big sized bedrooms and living areas. Great location being only a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, and the lake. This accommodation really made our golfing weekend perfect.

Pre wedding stay
We booked the accommodation to get ready for our wedding on the central coast. Lily, our host was great and responded to all our queries quickly. The house was great, spacious and super clean. We had a great time and the location was awesome in walking distance to shops and amazing restaurants. We are already talking about coming back in 12 months to have a reunion. Thank you .

Great home for a family reunion.
The size and design of this home is brilliant. The 5th bedroom downstairs, although small, added to the comfort of our 3 families. We were surprised at the range of supplies in the pantry e.g., some oil that we used on the barbie and tomato, barbecue and mustard sauce. Plenty of other supplies as well. Although the immediate area is pretty terrible it was only a short walk to the main Entrance shops, park and sandy swimming area. Beds were comfortable and covered in bright white sheets and doonas. Towels were a bright white as well. We would definitely recommend this home for a holiday by the sea.

We had a nice stay - well needed break. Lovely huge house. Would recommend and would stay again. Very much enjoyed. We had 4 people but could comfortably accommodate many more.

Stay feels like at own home
My family had been three days (two night) trip at The Entrance. This property was perfect to stay for adults with kids. Also it was so easy to access for beach, fishing, dining, kid's play area.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY.
Property was well maintained and very well equipped with all necessary items for a comfortable stay. Location is great with easy walk to main Entrance shops and foreshore. Outlook a bit off putting with buildings opposite requiring some TLC. However, overall would highly recommend this property for family stay. Would definitely book this property again.

Very good location , near everything you need at The Entrance ! The property is clean.All the lights in the house should be replaced by LED bulbs in order to increase light in each room , especially in kitchen/dinning room . Generally the lights must be checked and replaced if required ( due to some bulbs dead ). Generally this property is highly recommended for short stay at The Entrance .

Large spacious house great location
House was a great size for 2 families to stay in. Lots of parking and great location being only a few minutes walk to water and cafes and restaurants. Only real downfall is the cleanliness of the property. We saw quite a few cockroaches in the house which is very off putting. I understand the add for the house says it is not 5 star accommodation but I expect clean. House could do with a deep clean and pest spray. Other than that great size and location.

Plenty of room and close to everything
We took our 26yo sons and our boat for a 3 night stay and had a lovely time. The boat ramp was super close, we caught heaps of fish, including 2 nice sized flatheads that we cooked for dinner. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. Thanks Lily for a relaxing time and a great spot to stay. Niels and Lenore

The guest is not honest, they demand unreasonable refund. The property has regular professional pest control and full cleaning after each check out.

The Entrance
Very close to all amenities. We enjoyed our stay. Some of the furniture is broken and needs replacement. But overall a good location.

Location, location.
House was great and suited a multi age group with shared space and quieter areas. The location was terrific and you could get to the waterfront and shops in minutes, without crossing a road. Shortish distance from Sydney.

This house is a great holiday house plenty of room for all the guests large lounge and dining rooms and outdoor sitting area. Location is great only across the road from the main town centre and lake. Easy walk to shops and beach. Would highly recommend this property

Awesome Location
This property is located walking distance to The Entrance. You have all the activities to do. The Entrance is happening place with lot of Kids activity. Beaches are also walking distance or 2 min drive away. There are plenty of space is the flat, 5 bedroom is sufficient for big group. We had a great time with my family and friends. We recommend this Property to everyone.

Unhappy with the basic amenities provided and the upkeep of the property
The built in oven did not work and gave up on us completely on the second day. The microwave almost caught fire, and smoke started to emit from it, we unplugged and removed it. Lounge room floor had sand and felt gritty even through our socks. Rangehood light was not working. Kitchen light over the stove was not working. Remote of TV on the ground floor had no batteries and compartment door of battery missing. Green cheap sun shade cloth as canopy on top of the outside table, made sitting outside impossible as the slightest of rain fell through it on cloth chairs making the outside area unusable. A solid tin roof would have been better. With the shade cloth outside the kitchen and dining area looked bleak and dark and we had to have lights on all the time. Kitchen was sparsely stocked and basic utensils like oven trays were missing with only one dirty tray there. There were almost three frying pans, but only one was useable wherein the house boasts of more than 11 people can stay as the others were in a despicable state. Beds were not comfortable and sagged in the centre, had a back pain after 2 nights only. Once we got locked out as the locking system was very temperamental, luckily Lily the owner answered the phone. I didn't have much hope as previously I had called her on two occasions and my calls went unanswered. Overall not a pleasant stay at all. The only positive about the house is that it is close to shops and the centre of Entrance. Having said all the above, Sarah the cleaning lady was quite sympathetic and understanding when she called us.

All the kitchen facilities are fixed now. The property uses digital lock system and all working well.

Short stay at The Entrance
We stayed here with a group of friends for a couple short days in The Entrance. The property was very well suited to our group, with enough beds and plenty of space for activities without being on top of eachother all the time. It was located in an ideal position, being close to many of the locations and activities we enjoyed (various beaches, the town centre, fishing spots), being just a short walk or drive away. The house was generally quite clean, though the floor and the barbecue outside were less clean than I would have liked. However, the provided bedding and towels were very clean and very convenient. Overall, the house was great and I would definitely recommend it to others with a large group looking for a place to stay in The Entrance.

Great house,great position.
Thank you Lily -we had a lovely week staying at your property. Plenty of space for a large (older) family with easy access for our disabled brother. Just one little negative which is an easy fix - change cleaners as they don’t do a very good job.

ice and handy to city center and variety of beaches , shopping and resturants
some items need fixing like the looks for 2 bed rooms is difficult to open from inside the upper wc leaks when you flush the toilet the o ring bet the cistern and he seat needs changing the range hood is not working and the ignition for the stove needs fixing ... these are minor things but some time annoys you...wear and tear is obvious on the property but you do not want to spend money on it to keep the rent affordable...

Door handles, toilets, range hood and stove are now all replaced with brand new ones.
