"They do not do the daily cleaning, unless you ask for, but I wasn't told while check in. The fire alarm triggered at 7.30 in the morning and nobody explained anything. The shower mech wasn't working properly and it was impossible to enjoy a relaxing moment after a hard day at work. "

We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. "The Littleton Arms are in a convenient and easily accessible location. Rooms were comfortable and clean having recently been decorated to a high standard. Beds also comfortable and good pressure on shower even though on top floor. Breakfast was excellent having the full English while there were lots of good alternatives to choose from too. "The room had everything we needed and was good value for the price. But the level of cleanliness was not what we were expecting. Could have done with a deep clean and some new bed linen as it was a bit marked and old"

"Clean and tidy room. Warm corridors but air conditioned rooms, which worked well in my room. Staff friendly, lift noisy, car park not the easiest to find. Google maps directions to it are inadequate."
