"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"This airport hotel is much further away than the map shows from the terminal. There are many more closer. Check in was difficult even though they have terminals that are supposed to be faster because staff not trained. Service in restaurant was non existent. Strange bed frame setup that kept me hitting the base with my toes! Only provided 1 bath towel, 1 medium towel, soap dispenser did not work properly. And hotel shuttle service didn't follow written schedule. All in all an average...

"It's super easy to arrive from and to the Heathrow Airport through Bus Line U3. The owners were really kind. It was a nice check-in process and they recommended me local restaurants and transport options."

"Consider when booking this hotel that is the middle of nowhere even though is only a mile from the airport but there is nothing to buy food or anything. Is a very basic hotel. Staff was helpful at check in. The room was very clean and the shower room is good and clean too. But is a hotel to go and sleep for a few hours and that’s it. They charge for parking. £15 the night. They didn’t mentioned that when I booked."

"This airport hotel is very conveniently located for both arrivals and departures, making it an excellent option when traveling through London. The room was comfortable, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. We especially appreciated that they allowed us an early check-in, as we were coming from a very long flight and needed to rest before our flight the next day — that made a big difference for us.
