"Excelente servicio"

"Nos dieron una habitación para disxapacitados cuando habíamos reservado una de luxe. El baño diseñado para disxapacitados mojaba todo el recinto cuando nos duchábamos. "

"Room was amazing, especially for price. Floors definitely needed a vacuum as there was sand throughout the apartment, not visible to the eye due to the flooring but had to dust off feet before hoping into bed"

"It is close to the beach and within walking distance of the wharf. It was easily accessible, being near a bus stop as well. Although the gas stove in the kitchen wouldn't light, the issue was resolved immediately. It is a quiet, relaxing, and lovely place."

"The place and location was great. We booked for 7 people but the kitchen utensils were not enough, the pots were small, and when told the kitchen is complete, i thought there's a rice cooker as well. If they also can replace their nonstick pots that are super scratched...not really safe to use and very old utensils. It just look unclean. but the staff are friendly and easy to deal with."

"Supposedly a queen bed, but it looked like a double bed. Squeezy for two people. Room was too small and shower itself was very old and needs an upgrade. Good location though."

"This was our second time staying at Lotus Manly and we loved it! Such a good sized apartment, in a quiet location but still just a couple of minutes walk from the buzz and f Manly beach. The best value for money in Manly. See you again soon!"

"The service was excellent "

"Excelente hotel por ubicación y la experiencia, el personal muy amable "

"I stayed here for 2 nights. High expectations due to rating of 9,8 and price of 750Euro for 2 nights In that respect, It was a disappointment. It’s a nice hotel, central, okish. Staff very helpful and friendly….but few When I arrived , I thought it was a mistake. Its among many hostels, and outside/entrance reminded me of a boutique small hotel/hostel.. I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

"This hotel truly deserves its recognition as one of the best in the world! It is the very definition of excellence in hospitality. The facilities are masterpiece each space feels inspiring and magical. The team does an outstanding job, making every moment of the stay exceptional."

"Very good service"

"No nos hicieron la limpieza en un dia, un Gerente dijo que habíamos puesto no molestar, le mostramos lo que se había pedido, y era limpieza al contrario, simplemente nos pidió disculpa y dijo que era un nuevo sistema y no lo sabían. Pero pedimos a mediodía antes de volver a salir y no así en la noche llegamos al cuarto y nada. No estaba hecho. "
