"Las estrellas se las damos por el personal de la cocina, ellas fueron tan amables,nuestra experiencia realmente fue complicada, se fue la luz y se activaron 3 veces las alarmas de incendio, si bien la luz es algo que ellos no podían controlar, creo que sí podrían por lo menos calmar a los huéspedes y dar una explicación, pero nadie absolutamente nadie estaba ahí para ayudar, cómo huésped te sientes solo, todo esto paso en la noche y no había nadie del personal para ayudar, el hotel está un poco...
