We paid and booked on Hotels.com. We reached the resort in the evening- after driving fro 4 hours with family., We were shocked to find the Resort CLOSED. NO INTIMATION, WHATSOVER... and they claim to be in the Hospitality business.. How callous and irresponsible... Will never recommend this resort ...

This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would ...

It was a wonderful stay at the resort. Warm welcome, good staff, clean and calm atmosphere and good food. We liked dinner with live music.
