"TERRIBLE ATTENTION SINCE ARRIVAL, reception personnel didn’t help or even care, and when asked to call a supervisor they didn’t do it, then after several visits and very upset, I asked for the email of supervisor and GM, and the response was “why?” And NO, incredible! "Receptionist was very friendly. Baggage Mohamed was very helpful. Room service is the only one that I am not satisfied with since our room did not receive any service. Unfortunately, that is the only part we were unsatisfied with. They need to better communicate. Overall nice place to stay at."
