Walking distance to shopping mall and food outlets.Hotel provides shuttle if u don’t want to walk . The hotel staffs super friendly and professional and helpful. Highly recommended this hotel.

Great Hotel Near The Future Park Mall
The rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that soured the experience a bit was I forgot to book Breakfast paid for it but I also had booked too many nights my mistake but they charged me for breakfast for all those nights. Upon checkout I realized this and wanted a refund they told me they couldn't do it until I asked for a manager then they gave me my refund. No Big Deal. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Amazing breakfast.
This is the second time I have stayed here. Excellent hotel with an amazing breakfast menu. Very close to DMK airport and a massive shopping centre.

Restaurant service was appalling. Sat down and waited 15 mins for a menu. Staff sitting behind the counter eating meals during dinner service is just so bad. The girl feeding her face in front of me made multiple mistakes with our order. This is management issue. The Front of House service manage needs a kick up the backside. Music was good, Dj was playing good tunes for the evening. Really disappointed with unhappy, unmotivated staff who would rather feed themselves during service than check on the paying guests. I will not stay here again. It was that bad. I recommend you consider other options. And half an hour wait for water from room service is a joke. 1 small bottle of in a room for 2 people? Budget cutting has its limits. Novotel sucks.

Et bra hotell for korte opphold
Veldig bra hotell med høy standard på rommene. Eneste vi ikke liker med rommene er hvordan man har løst toalett og dusj. Det er for mange åpninger rundt fisse som slipper damp og lukt ut der man skal sove. Minikjøleskapet kjølte svært dårlig. Men til gjengjeld var aircondtioning veldig bra. Frokosten er ganske kontinental, men kunne vært litt bredere utvalg. Alt i alt et bra hotell, men det er ikke et typisk turisthotell der man er i lengre perioder. Man stopper her for 1 til 2 netter før man fortsettet sin ferd. Er ikke så mye å se eller gjøre rett rundt hotellet. Men de har en shuttlebus som kjører mellom hotellet og et nærliggende kjøpesenter. Turen tar 3-4 minutter.

ひろびろとして、くつろげる空間
部屋が広く、明るいため、大変快適でした。バイキングの食事も選択肢も充分で、味も満足でした。ただし、バンコク郊外というロケーションのためか、浴槽がなくシャワーのみという割り切った設定は、ある程度高齢の年齢層の利用に制限をかけると思います。たっぷりとした浴槽に入れれば、さらに好感度アップします。トイレも普通の水洗だったのですが、温水便座に慣れているものとしては、ちょっと物足りなさがありました。ホテルの場所柄、あまり日本人を見かけませんでしたので、ターゲットとなる客層が違うように感じました。
