It's a beautiful property in the middle of tea farmland. Very peaceful and quiet except for the rooster(s) before dawn. I had a private room with a dedicated bathroom. It was very comfortable. On the menu for dinner was traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Very delicious. Recommended.

Going by motorcycle from Ninh Binh to Phong Nha, one can make a stop halway and use this hotel as your stop. Another very nice hotel. Nice location. Staff helped with scooter hire. Internet wasn't the greatest, at times, but fine. Nice breakfast which is included. Looking forward to visiting again. Didn't see/use the pool.
