This level includes 2 bedrooms of 9 m2 each, both furnished with 1 double bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A small kitchenette is also available on this floor, fitted with 2 hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Two separate shower and WC units serve the ground floor.

    The upper floor opens onto a generous living room of 34 m2, complete with a flat screen satellite TV, a CD player, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, as well as direct access to the balcony. This level hosts 2 additional bedrooms: one room of 12 m2 with 1 double bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and one room of 10 m2 with 2 single beds each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
