"Communication was lacking. I never received any check in information. Luckily I was able to get a hold of an agent to at least tell me that lockbox code. We were never able to get onto the WiFi. The water heater didn’t seem to work, we were never able to get warm water. There was also a heater (I believe) in the kitchen that was leaking, there was rust and a small mold spot. It was otherwise clean and comfortable, and parking was convenient. "

"Die Wohnung war Ausgagngspunkt für unsere Radtouren im Harz.. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür (Einfahrt). Schlicht und einfach eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Lauschige Terasse seitlich am Haus ,die von der Eingangstür erreichbar ist. Preis -Leistung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen."

"Wir waren super zufrieden mit allem: dem Ferienhaus, der Ausstattung (Kaminholz vor Ort - einfach top) und dem Kontakt zum Vermieter. Am ersten Abend hatten wir Probleme mit dem Kamin und Stefan kam - trotzKranheit - gleich am nächsten Tag persönlich vorbei. . Gerne immer wieder!!"

"Es war alles sauber.Die Übergabe mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt. Bei Problemen, wenn wir welche gehabt hätten, dann wäre immer jemand da gewesen. Bei uns waren aber keinerlei Mängel oder Probleme Tolle Gegend. Ein kleines Mango was wir hatten, der nächste Ort um Lebensmittel zu kaufen ist schon sehr weit. Him und Rückfahrt fast 20km ist schon eine Nummer. Aber da kann niemand was dafür"

"Wir warten 3 Erwachsene ..war alles super. Leider ist die Schlafsofa sehr unbequem..zu kurz und für ein größeren Mann gar nicht geeignet. 2 Nächte habe ich ausgehalten aber für länger Zeit ungeeignet. Sonst war alles super. Uns hat noch der Backofen gefehlt "
