Muy sucio
El cuarto en general estaba bien pero el hotel con muchos detalles. 1. Eramos 4 personas y me dejaron 2 toallas tamaño miniatura, cuando fui a pedir mas resulto que ya no habia, tuve que secarme con toallas mojadas. 2. Limpieza pésima, el elevadoe tenía qtips usados tirados, los pasillos con tapas aventadas, comida, basura, en general muy sucio. 3. El desayuno muy simple, me ha tocado estar en otros quinta y al menos hay un poco mas de variedad y cantidad. Defintivo no lo recomiendo ni me volveria a hosedar

Nunca reserve ni viaje a ese lugar, pero si me cargaron a mi tarjeta, me enviaron un email de la reservación, quise cancelar y no me dio oportunidad.

Its bit surprising that you had a reservation with us and you are saying you have never stayed with us. You need to give us 24 hours cancelation notice in order for us to cancel your reservation for free. If appropriate notice is not given, we have to charge you for that day of stay as we are holding that reservation for you and not giving your room away.

Hice mi cancelacion y les pregunte si habia una penalidad por cancelar y me dijeron que no porque habia cancelado antes de la 6:00 de la tarde y no es cierto no me regresaron mi dinero a mi targeta estoy de acuerdo que si cancelas alla penalidad pero nooo ellos se quedaron con todo mi dinero de la reservacion asi que abusados use la aplicacion de hotels

You paid lot less than what others paid for that weekend. You are more than welcome to shop around before booking for stay. Hope you find cheaper places next time.

Ease of check-in and attention by shift manager. Layout of Room 122 was real awkward. One switch for lights/ fan in bathroom. Placement of micro/ coffee/ ice bucket was hard to access. Shower seat for handicap was in need of maintenance. Hair clip left by phone by previous guest.

The bed was HORRIBLE! A new mattress is definitely needed! Both sides had holes that your body would immediately roll into, and there was no way to sleep other than in the worn out spots.

I checked in at around mid-night and there were no clean rooms, the front desk clerk had to go quickly go clean the rooms for guest because she was the only one working and we waited 30 min before we got a room, and that was because we were tired and offered to switch out the bed sheets our self. The room that a musky smell and there were socks in the bed from the previous guest.

We had to wait at the front desk for several minutes before someone finally came to assist us and that was after me knocking on the counter and yelling hello, then she proceeded to tell us all that she was responsible for and that is why it took so long. Checking out was the same scenario. The sweet lady in the breakfast area had to hunt someone down

Sorry to hear that it was an inconvenience for you to wait for someone to come to front desk to check you in and out. We all have multiple responsibilities when it comes to our work. Breakfast lady didn't have to "hunt anyone down" as I was in the laundry room trying to get cloths out of the dryer so I can fold it for our guest who need extra things. We appreciate your understanding with our situation and hope you have a wonderful day.

This was my 2nd time staying at this location and our stay was great… no issues with the room or the hotel in general. Will definitely continue to book here when planning a beach trip.

I booked this hotel for its convenience to the ports. I should have looked for other options. We were given the first room and when we walked in, it had a smell to it. As I looked around there was still trash on the trashcan and what looked like bloody tissues. Maybe that's why the cleaning lady didn't clear it? I went down and told them the front desk lady apologized and gave us a new room. That room looked ok until i went to restroom. The mirrors looked dirty there was hair on the floor and in tub. We needed to leave for dinner so we decided to stay. When we returned i was getting ready for bed and saw more hair on the sheets/ bedding and pillows. I seriously doubt the cleaning crew thoroughly cleaned. We were tired and just slept on top of everything. I had my own blanket. I just wanted morning to come and leave. We tried breakfast the next day and nothing special. Just the normal waffle, toast, eggs and sausage. Would we go back or recommend...No!

Its sad to hear that you didn't enjoy your recent stay with us, I will be sure to speak to the housekeeper to pay better attention to the details. Our breakfast is complimentary to our guest and this is standard breakfast per Wyndham standards. I am sorry you didn't like our breakfast either. I hope you change your mind and give us another chance to serve you better next time.

The hotel was short staffed. The floors were dirty, we didn’t have any towels in our room, there was hair in our bathtub. It was disgusting and will never stay here again.

Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us, you stayed with us for 1 night on a Sunday. Its seems little strange to hear that you didn't have towels in your room. Towels are always available at front desk upon request. Also, if you did not like your room that was assigned to you, you could always check with the front desk to move your room. Hope we can do better for your stay next time. Have a wonderful day.

This is a nice building. Staff was kind. Breakfast was simple but fresh and good. Beds were comfortable. All the normal hotel amenities. Didnt visit the pool or gym so I cant speak for that. The cleanliness was lacking. Our hall way was not vacuumed, and looked like it hadnt been for a while. The elevator was dirty also. In our room everything was clean except there was hair in the shower before anyone even used the bathroom. Parking lot also needed picked up, there was trash laying around. I understand there are staffing shortages everywhere, finding good help is hard. We would stay here again despite the few cleaning issues. Price was great!!

A great place to stay while checking out Galveston and the Space Center! Right off the highway and was clean and safe! Breakfast could use a few improvements like fresh fruits and some fast takes like muffins. Good price and value!!

Best breakfast lady ever !
The sweetheart of a lady that worked in the breakfast area was awesome. I believe her name is Adriana (something close to that ). She went out of her way with kindness. ❤️ this started my morning the best in days due to family health issues. She deserves a big kudos perhaps a gift card 🥰
