Estuvimos hospedados 6 adultos y nos sentimos muy cómodos con sus instalaciones. El personal del hotel siempre fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Muy grata estancia.

Property is old and needs complete renovation. Bathtub was peeling. Bathroom had ants. Staff were nice and helpful but they can only do so much. Marriott needs to step up with $'s or tear it down.

I did not like how dark, damp and sketchy the entry way to the door was. The room had over powering smell of human urine. The entryway carpet inside the room was drenched and was saturated by the time we lt on Sunday.

Walls are thin, I had to call the office every day, then again around 2-3 am bc someone was running upstairs. It appeared they never slept. The facility is starting to show it’s age outside however the inside has been upgraded.

We have family that live close to the property therefore we can visit frequently. We enjoy watching the Massachusetts pirate games which have relocated to Lowell and this hotel is close to the arena.

The staff at this property was so helpful. The front desk manager Sherralee was so welcoming and accommodating! The bathrooms need some minor touch ups but other than that it was a good stay.

The kitchen was really sticky. Counters had a lot of crumbs. Sticky furniture. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the free breakfast.
