Villa in Moraira with 10 x 5 m private pool on level plot with large terrace.

A private family villa located in a quiet residential area with open aspect to the rear. Views are towards Cumbre del Sol.
The villa is south facing and in the sun all day long. If you are indoors we have air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge. In the winter it is warm and cosy with full central heating (radiators in all rooms), reverse air conditioning and a sunny enclosed naya.
Our pool patio area is designed for outdoor alfresco dining (including large BBQ) but with plenty of shade if you need it under the umbrella, the covered naya or sun blind over the patio. There are outdoor tables and chairs in various locations to enable relaxed mealtimes.
In the summer there is often a much welcome breeze.
The main town bars and restaurants in Moraira are a short 4 minute drive away or approximately 25 minute leisurely stroll. Local shops, bars and restaurant at Tabaira are about a 15 minute walk but a car is recommended especially in the heat of the summer. Within a 40 minute drive are attractions such as the Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia.

Inside there is a lounge with three piece suite, coffee table, side tables, sideboard, standard lamp, Smart TV with a limited range of British freeview channels. However, you can log into your Netflix/Prime etc account on the TV but please remember to log out when you leave. The front door enters directly into the lounge. At the rear of the lounge are doors to the pool and naya. A welcome breeze is often apparent during the summer. We highly recommend you keep the lounge and bedroom patio doors shut when not in use. Access to the kitchen, bath/shower rooms and bedrooms is off a hallway from the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped for six people.

Bedrooms - a linen pack which includes bedding and towels is provided (including beach towels).
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and additional bedside storage - clothes and suitcases can all fit into wardrobes. All bedrooms have air conditioning. All bedrooms have a portable fan and windows overlooking the rear of the property and the covered terrace. Each bedroom has a long mirror. We provide a hairdryer.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with large walk-in shower, WC, Vanity Unit with storage underneath. There is a door leading out onto the covered terrace / Naya. 
The beds in this room can be made up as either an extra king size or two singles.

Middle bedroom - There is a king bed in this room.

First bedroom - There are two single beds in this room which can be made up as a super king size bed.

Other equipment
All bathrooms have a power socket suitable for shavers - if you have UK appliances we have adaptors in the villa for your convenience.
Wifi - free (code will be in the guest information).

Outside / garden for use by guests
Covered naya accessed directly from the villa with a three seater sofa, side tables and rattan armchairs. Four seater table and four rattan dining chairs ars placed on the terrace in the summer.

There is a large BBQ (requiring charcoal). We leave everything you should need to light the BBQ and dispose of the ash, but you need to buy your own charcoal.

5 x 10 metre swimming pool (please note that the pool is not heated).

Large open patio area surrounding the pool and rear of the villa umbrellas (two) for shade.

Further outdoor table and 6 chairs / four sunbeds / rotary washing line / pool shower.

We also have a roof terrace accessed via a wrought iron spiral staircase. There are extensive views from here but no furniture is allowed on the roof terrace and no children are allowed up there.

Changeover days are Friday but can be flexible. Please note that due to changes in local Spanish rental laws, the villa touristic licence means there is now a requirement for further information before quests can access the property. This includes a range of inform which must be submitted to the Ministry of the Interior via the SES.Hospedajes platform within 24 hours of check in (including passport number), for each guest over the age of 14 years.

We are fully registered with the relevant Spanish regional authority to rent our villa for 6 persons only.

No guest packs are provided other than a litre bottle of water but we leave basic condiments. Kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towel, hand towel, dishwasher pods, detergents, are left for convenience.
