Pésima limpieza

La propiedad está muy bien si no fuera por las condiciones de limpieza en la que nos la dejaron, mas aun teniéndo en cuenta la situación de pandemia en la que vivimos. Una vergüenza, tuvimos que comprar material de limpieza y desimfeccion y tirarnos un dia limpiando.

The view from the rental was spectacular and the photos don’t do it justice. House was as promised in photos. House was clean. South facing deck is amazing and convenience of an outdoor kitchen is great. We did not use much due to winter..early darkness and weather, but great space. Comms with host started good but then were slow and unresponsive for a couple issues we had, had to ask twice. The BBQ would not light and we requested assistance as it is important to us, but we never got a response for a couple of days. Host was pleasant when he did reply. We ended up fixing it our selves. (Water in gas line). You definitely require a car to stay here. Moraira is a great town and has everything you need. Grocery stores are close. Perfect house for shorter summer stay. We stayed 1 month in winter. House had the basics for that length of stay, but we would suggest a few things to make it better. Beds were uncomfortable, especially for 60. Living room chairs are tired/broken and uncomfortable, (again for long stay in winter when spending more time inside). Kitchen lacked cooking sheets, measuring spoons/cups, storage containers, (for left overs). We would suggest providing at least one spare set of bedding for each size bed and extra towels, In winter it’s hard to dry laundry. There was only 1 set of keys provided and 2 are needed. I do not believe there is a local property manager, at least we never saw one. We find this makes a big difference when renting for long stays.

This was by far one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed in. The villa was beautiful both inside and out and incredibly well equipped. Communications between me and the owner were excellent with any queries answered promptly and always with a smile. A car is essential for this location. If you decide to book you will not be disappointed thank you Villa panorama and despite us having to leave early because of family bereavement your communication with us was most welcome and I highly recommend you to everyone.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! La Villa Panorama porte bien son nom : une vue magnifique sur la mer et la nature, dans un calme total. La maison est très propre, joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée. Mention spéciale pour la suite parentale avec sa terrasse et sa douche extérieure sous les étoiles, un pur bonheur ! Tout est pensé pour le confort. La localisation est idéale, proche des supermarchés et des restaurants. Le propriétaire est adorable, réactif et plein de bons conseils ; grâce à lui, nous avons même passé une superbe après-midi en bateau.Nous venons à Moraira depuis plusieurs années et cette villa est sans doute l’une des meilleures que nous ayons louées : le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, bien supérieur à d’autres locations que nous avons pu faire auparavant. Un séjour inoubliable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette magnifique maison à Moraira. La vue est à couper le souffle : mer, forêt, collines… un panorama incroyable. La maison est superbe, décorée avec goût, très bien entretenue et surtout, on s’y sent immédiatement bien. Les lits sont très confortables, la literie de qualité, et tout est pensé pour passer un séjour relaxant.La cuisine d’été sur la terrasse, juste à côté de la piscine, est un vrai bonheur ! L’emplacement est idéal : à 5 minutes en voiture de la magnifique plage du Portet, proche du centre-ville de Moraira et à seulement quelques kilomètres de Jávea. Le quartier est calme, verdoyant et très agréable.Nous avons adoré notre séjour et avons déjà envie d’y revenir. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour cette belle expérience, tout était parfait !

We stayed in the house one month. The house is big and contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are also two kitchen, one in the house and one outside. When we came everything was very clean and ready for us. The house is placed in the hills area with a fantastic view to the sea. There are to terraces and of course the big one by the pool. There’s a supermarket Mercadona about 900 m from the house, which is very convenient.Communication with the owner was great. We had some small problems so he answered ours mail immediately even though it was 11 p.m.There are many stairs in the house. It’s difficult to park in the carport but you can park on the street as we did.If we can suggest something it will be fine if there were a little marquise on the little terrace.

Semaine exceptionnelle ! La villa correspond parfaitement à l’annonce : bien équipée, décorée et climatisée. Les différentes terrasses et la cuisine d’été offrent une vue à couper le souffle. Ainsi que la piscine. Le propriétaire a été disponible et attentif du début de la réservation jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous regardons d’ailleurs déjà réservé notre prochain séjour !

We stayed at Villa Panorama and I must say that it is beautiful and so well equipped for a relaxing stay. The outdoor kitchen was amazing for cooking family meals and then having dinner by the pool with a view. The decor inside and terraces were also great. I would highly recommend for a stay in Moraira / Paichi area.

La Villa Panorama porte bien son nom !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Villa Panorama. On cherchait un endroit calme avec une belle vue, et on a été plus que comblés : la vue est encore plus impressionnante que sur les photos ! La maison est confortable, bien équipée, et les différentes terrasses face à la mer sont idéales pour se détendre et profiter du paysage.Le propriétaire remet un guide très pratique, grâce auquel on a pu faire une sortie en bateau avec un superbe coucher de soleil au Portet, ainsi qu’une après-midi kayak pour découvrir de magnifiques criques et de très bons restaurants.De notre côté, on a vraiment apprécié le calme, l’ambiance reposante, et tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent moment en famille. La maison est proche de Moraira, un coin charmant avec de bons restos et des plages à proximité.Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir — sûrement pour un séjour plus long la prochaine fois !

The Perfect Getaway: Sea View, Comfort and Total Relaxation

We had an exceptional stay at Villa Panorama! The house is perfectly designed, spacious, peaceful, and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach.Every room is air-conditioned, the bedding is brand new and very comfortable, and both kitchens are fully equipped. There are several terraces and relaxing corners, perfect for everyone to find their own space to read or unwind.The children loved playing hide and seek in the many hiding spots throughout the house. Everything is perfectly set up to welcome a baby, which is rare and extremely convenient.The outdoor shower on the private suite terrace was one of our favorite features – showering while looking out at the sea or under the stars is truly unforgettable.From booking all the way through to the end of our stay, the owner was always available by email to answer our questions, guide us, and recommend the best local spots to avoid tourist traps. This really helped us save time and make the most of the area.A perfect villa for a family or friends’ holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Un vrai coup de cœur !

Cela fait plus de 10 ans qu’on vient dans la région, et cette villa nous a vraiment séduits. Elle offre une vue splendide, avec plusieurs terrasses pour en profiter à toute heure de la journée. La maison est très propre, bien équipée et confortable, on s’y sent immédiatement chez soi.La climatisation dans toute la maison est un vrai plus, surtout pendant les fortes chaleurs : discrète, efficace, et très appréciable.Mention spéciale pour la terrasse de la piscine et la suite parentale, parfaite pour se reposer avec sa terrasse privée. Le soir, l’éclairage de la piscine et du jardin crée une ambiance magique.Le quartier est très calme, idéal pour se détendre, tout en étant proche de la mer et de la magnifique plage d’El Portet.Enfin, un grand merci à l’hôte, toujours disponible, sympathique et de bon conseil pour découvrir la région.Un vrai petit paradis… vivement notre prochain séjour !

Highly recommend

We stayed here for 4 nights in October, the property itself is like a castle on the hill, feels very premium. It really is a large place so if you had a family you'd all have your own space. Multiple terraces to relax on, nice large pool outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The views are amazing also. It's probably the nicest place I've stayed at. Owner helped us when needed and checked up on us as the weather in the surrounding parts of Valencia had been really bad, but thankfully not affecting the area we where in. Recommend taking a car, nearby towns are full of great restaurants.

Stunning Views

We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa, and it was a truly memorable experience for the entire family. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping panoramas that make you feel like you're on top of the world. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace, soaking in the stunning scenery. The outdoor pool area is fantastic—perfect for both kids and adults. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, and the outdoor dining area was ideal for evening meals under the stars. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts of home. The only thing to note is that the villa is situated on a high hill, which gives you those amazing views, but it also means that there isn't much within walking distance. If you plan to explore the local area, having a car is essential. However, we found that the peaceful and secluded setting was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene and picturesque escape. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones. Mooi ruim huis, prima zwembad met super terras!

De woning is vrijwel van alle gemakken voorzien. Het terras met zwembad is heerlijk. Er is een fantastisch uitzicht en de buitenkeuken is formidabel! De buitenkeuken is superhandig en wij hebben er bijna elke dag gebruik van gemaakt. Je kan er je eten maken op de grillplaat, de kookplaat of de bbq die er ook staat. De extra koelkast daar (in de gewone keuken staat er ook een) maakt het heel makkelijk om lekker een koud drankje of ijsje te pakken bij het zwembad. De reservering en communicatie met de eigenaar verliepen heel soepel. De paar vragen die we ter plaatste hadden voor de locale beheerder werden supersnel beantwoord. Wat wel lekker zou zijn geweest was een airco. Deze heeft het huis helaas niet. Gedurende onze vakantie bleef het ook 's nacht tegen de 30 graden en was het erg warm in de slaapkamers. De ventilatoren zijn dan eigelijk onvoldoende. Het heeft echter de pret niet gedrukt. Het ruime huis, maar vooral het fantastische terras met zwembad, de buitenkeuken en het uitzicht maken alles goed!

Ein Haus am Pool

Dieses Haus ist eine klare Empfehlung. Es ist groß, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche nutzten wir während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht, stattdessen aber die Outdoor-Küche auf der Terrasse regelmäßig. Und hier befindet sich auch das Herzstück: der Pool. Er ist groß und bis 2 m tief, so dass dort ausgiebig geschwommen und getaucht werden kann. Beeindruckend auch die Ruhe: hier ist man abseits von Lärm und Stress. Dass es keine Klimaanlage im Haus gibt, ist kein Problem. Es gibt in jedem Schlafzimmer (leider etwas zu laute) Standventilatoren. Was aus unserer Sicht eindeutig empfehlenswert und ohne großen Aufwand nachzurüstenden ist, sind Insektenschutzgitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern, um einzelne Mücken draußen zu halten. Ansonsten alles topp und eine klare Empfehlung.
