On the ground floor, a generous living and dining room of 50 square metres serves as the heart of the property, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the garden. A separate lounge of 20 square metres provides an additional relaxation space. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed and includes a private shower and WC. A separate WC is also available on this level, along with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave.

On the upper floor, the property offers 4 further bedrooms. 2 of these are double bedrooms, both with access to a shared bath and WC, and 1 of them opens directly onto a terrace. The remaining 2 rooms on this floor are each furnished with 1 french bed. A shower and WC is also available on the upper floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms across the property to 3. The farmhouse benefits from panoramic views of both the sea and the surrounding countryside, visible from multiple areas of the home.
