House was in a nice location. The house does not have A/C and a lot of the windows don’t have blinds on them so it can get very warm in the summer months.The floors are traditional barn wood floors so many kids got slivers. A ceiling fan fell from the ceiling one night. Besides that the house accommodated our large group.

This property has an amazing view. Great communication with the local caretaker. Everything was very clean. The only reason for an overall score of 4 is because the property doesn’t have AC. Fans are provided and the air cools down very nicely at night, but there were several hours each day that we were uncomfortably warm in the later part of July. If I could give a review of 4.5 I would.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our daughter got married in the Tetons. The only thing that was tricky was getting an answer from the manager about us have a few other people from our wedding party over for a bbq. We never got an answer. Other than that everything was perfect in every way!

Teton Vacation Rental

This is a great place to stay because it is centrally located for things like hiking, mountain biking, river floating on the Teton River, Temple visit and museum in Rexburg, and rafting the Snake River, etc. We loved the beauty of the mountains and the valley. This was awesome place for a large family like us but can also me good for smaller groups. We were disappointed with the response time from the property manager when we had questions.

Host Support

Maybe it was the Holiday week, but it seemed that the host was slow to respond. We requested more towels and didn’t receive them. A breaker tripped behind a locked door which cut off power to one of the kitchen outlets including one of the refrigerators. We had to wait until the next day before the host came and reset the breaker. The ladies complained about the single ply toilet paper. Other than that our family had a wonderful stay and the property was all it was advertized to be.

Family reunion

Our family group of 15 adults had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. Well-equipped kitchens, plenty of space to lounge and gather, and an unbeatable view of the Tetons "back side". Accommodated our early check-in needs and made the checkout easy. You'll love it here!

Great Home for Multiple Families

We had a great ski weekend with several families. The property worked well with two kitchen and dining areas. Just outside of Driggs but close enough to Targhee for early morning trips to the mountain.

Perfect!

This property was exactly what we needed for our micro wedding in Jackson. It fit 2 families, 10 people total, so comfortably. It had incredible views, all the amenities we needed and was a quick drive to Driggs & Victor. 100% recommend this location for your next stay! It was beautiful. You can’t rent one side if you don’t need the full house.

Family Vacation.

Property as advertised. Nice quiet location. A bit of a drive to Jackson and the Parks but Great to stay away from all of the crowds in those locations. Great hiking and fishing in the valley. Plenty of room. Had 22 adults and 2 young children and never felt crowded. Would definitely recommend staying here. John B.

Fit our large parties needs.

This is a great option for a large party. We had 16 people for the 4 day ski weekend. Location is great to skip ski hill road. Property is just as advertised, probably the best set up kitchens we scene at this price point. Usually 2 of everything you need including measuring cups etc. If I’m to be critical about anything, it’s time to get in and tighten chairs all plumbing fixtures and clean up some drains. It appears this place gets used and needs a touch of routine maintenance. Snow removal is a bit suspect as well. Also there is a critter that makes a ton of noise at night somewhere probably in the eves north side that is less than optimal. Would stay again. Thanks for the use!

Vacation 2022

Secluded and quiet property; you can walk outside with the lights out and view the Milky Way! This is a huge property with a separate apartment. For 6 adults we only used one side and it was very spacious. The owner stopped by to check in with us and gave us some hiking tips and was very accommodating. The house is a few miles outside of Driggs with a nice grocery store. You do have to drive over the Teton Pass to enter the park. You have an amazing view of the Idaho side of the Tetons from the home, especially from the upstairs master suite! We woke up on our last day and saw snow on the tops of the Tetons. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Everything + more

The property is as everything that we were looking for and more. The more aspect was outstanding views from the property location. The property was perfect for our large group. We used both the units. It was nice clean. We throughly enjoyed staying at the property. We had a small issue with water drainage in bath sink but it was immediately taken care of by the owner of the property whom we had pleasure of meeting. Very nice and welcoming host. Thanks for offering this wonderful property for rental.

Overall great place

We had a group of 15 and this place accommodated us very well. The house is gorgeous and peaceful with a great view of the Tetons. Everyone was very happy with the house! However, if you need to get in touch with the property manager for any reason, it can be difficult to get in touch with her.

Enjoyed our vacation

Teton valley is a beautiful place. The week we were there was unusually warm and this made the vacation home warmer as well. No air conditioning. (I'm sure it is not needed normally). Owner was very prompt in responding to questions and concerns during our stay.

excellent stay at Vista Ranch

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a few minor issues but the repair guy was prompt and addressed everything swiftly. I appreciated the quick response to questions etc. I highly recommend staying here for a large gathering it worked out great,
