Good value rental

We got a good price for our stay. It was easy to check in and out. It was also a rental that was able to sleep lots of people. For as many beds as they have, 2 bathrooms was a bit tight. The drains also didn’t work very well for us. It was FREEZING when we checked in, but we were able to get the heat going pretty quickly. Overall, it was a great value for a large group

The house was fine kitchen was very roomy, ceiling fans were very dirty could use a better cleaning overall. Might want to consider putting a note on the connecting door, had kids banging and trying to open morning/night. Living room could use maybe a couple chairs, only seating area was couch, crowded for conversations. Also need blinds in main areas sun was pretty blinding during day.

Great View but Disappointing Accommodations

This property has a wonderful view of the Tetons and lots of room And the property manager Lori was very nice but the house was definitely substandard. Linens were old, bath fixtures for toilet paper nonexistent, kitchenware skimpy or dirty, house was not well cleaned, definitely a black mark during Covid epidemic. Bedrooms and living rooms under furnished, no lamps in living room. Very atypical of most Rentals in this price range.

Grand Teton Vacation

We loved the views and location of this property. The kitchen was awesome! Very spacious and comfortable for our large family. We loved having the extra table on the front porch. The owner was extremely quick to respond to any needs we had, which was very much appreciated. A few suggestions for improvement would be to add some blinds in the living room and kitchen. I know you don’t want to block the views but the sun blazing in during the day makes it very hot. The cleaning and toiletry supplies were great, but the kitchen could be better stocked with dishes and other items. If it sleeps up to 16 people, it would be nice to have more than 16 plates so that we don’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The ceiling fans and bathroom vent fans could use a good cleaning. The shower curtain on the main level was also not clean. These things did not ruin our trip at all, we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, but my husband said if he was the owner he would want to know. Also the sprinklers water far too often, the grass became muddy and soggy, and we attempted not to track it inside.

Beautiful Farmhouse

We loved our stay in this house! It was comfortable, spacious, and I loved the decor. During the summer it was very warm upstairs so one of our kids ended up sleeping in our room as he couldn’t sleep. Overall, we would totally come back. Lots of space for the kids to explore. We drove into Jackson Hole each day and though it added on time to our drive it was a beautiful and an easy drive. We stayed in Unit B and had neighbors in A but we never heard them inside the house.

Many positives and a few negatives

We spent 6 nights at this property. Two families visiting the Teton valley, 12 people total, 4 adults and kids ranging from 19 to 10. There are many positives with this property: the location is great with a view of the Grand out the front window, super close to Driggs that has good food, easy to get to Jackson if you want to get to that side of the mountains, the bed linens are high quality and the beds are comfortable, the house is fairly new and well appointed, the wifi is strong but could have better range, the clothes washer and dryer are great quality, lots of great windows for the views, lots of towels for everyone, lots of toilet paper and paper towels, the kitchen had all the appliances and cooking utensils we needed, the gas grill had an extra gas tank in case one ran out, A few of the cons. Don't get me wrong, I would rent this house again if in the area. There were a few shades on the windows but not on all, the other windows need shades to control the sun in the early morning and sunset. The house does not have A/C, doesn't need it, but the lack of shades on the windows really makes the house hot when the sun is beating in the house. Because the house does not have A/C it would be good if all the windows that could open would. There is one in the upstairs bedroom that does not operate and its hard to get the heat out of the room. The overall cleanliness of the house could be better. There were wet towels left in the clothes washer that were getting a bit smelly when we got there, the dishes in the dishwasher were not clean, there were several areas/shelves in the fridge that were not clean/sticky, the upstairs shower had a huge hair clog in the drain we had to remove before we could get it to drain (would be happy to send a picture if you like, this narrative format of feedback does not allow pictures or videos to be attached), the exhaust fan grille in the downstairs bathroom was very clogged - not sure it was actually able to pull air out of the bathroom, lastly - there is a venting problem in the plumbing to the downstairs toilet - when the upstairs toilet is flushed the downstairs toilet "burps" and splashes up whatever is in the toilet on the undercarriage of whomever is sitting on the downstairs toilet.... ( I have video of this happening if you would like to see it ) This house overall is great and a little attention to detail would make it even better. The plumbing issue needs to get resolved ASAP.

Easy booking. Gorgeous, new place! Outstanding views of Tetons! Lots to do nearby!

Will return in spring!! Very clean, organized, cozy, and private. Incredible views. Skiing, hot springs, Driggs restaurants nearby. This felt like home!!!
