"The first room they put us in was not nice at all, it mainly overlooked the car park and the full height glazing did not give us any privacy. Everyone walking by, could see straight into our room and the private pool. We asked to be moved to another room, they moved us the following day. The new room was lovely but was also a few issues in the new room, the shower door needed repairing because it a loud noise every time it was opened/closed, the face mirror light did not work, the motorized...

"Gorgeous resort with the most beautiful sunsets enjoyed. All staff very helpful and polite, first class service! Delicious and variable food options every day for everyone and especially myself being coeliac. Can't wait to go back with my family. We loved it!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. If you went to Mexico or Dominican for all inclusive before then this resort will be a bit different experience. Bar is closing at 11pm, from 11 to 12:30am bar is open but you have to pay for drinks. There is no place to get snacks after dinner is closed. Food variety at the buffet is not that good but overall is ok.
