what they don't tell you
Here's what they don't mention - there's 44 stairs from the garage to the living floor in the house. I have mobility issues. There is no railing or adequate lighting on the stairs that lead to the house from the garage. Huge oversight not mentioned in the description. I was practically housebound for the weekend as the stairs were terrifying for me. Lucky the place has Netflix. Nice house but don't go out the back door, it's far worse than the front of the house.

Perfect stay
Perfect spacious house for a group of couples or a family. An easy walk down to the Main Street and beach of Terrigal via a path. Nice balcony

Wonderful retreat
This property was stunning and had everything we were looking for. My only advice would be to include photos/information regarding the amount of stairs to the property. This was not shown or indicated and for an elderly relative, they were hard to navigate.

Beautiful property
Great house, well equipped in beautiful location. Large with all the amenities you need & great views - as described in the advert. Waited to pick up keys at the property managers shop, and paid an after hour fee collection fee. Also had to arrange late checkout as checkout time is 9am. Cleaning lady came at the usual time, regardless of checkout times arranged. But other than semantics, property itself is amazing. Highly recommend the property. Property managers could make the process more convenient.

Beautiful house
Loved the house, plenty of large open spaces for social gatherings and loved the view. Street is narrow but once in we didn't want to leave
