Die Vermieter waren äußerst liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit, der Poolbereich fantastisch, auch für Kinder.12 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder uns 1 Baby waren restlos begeistert. Der gute Geist des Hauses Roberto hat unauffällig, aber höchst effektiv alles in Ordnung gehalten.2 Damen haben für uns 2 mal hervorragend gekocht.Fazit: Besser kann man einen Urlaub nicht vergringen"

"The owners gave us a lovely welcome and explained everything very clearly in English. The house is beautiful and spacious with a wonderful large and safe pool, with lots of loungers, although only one umbrella. We used the pizza oven with wood supplied for us and also the barbecue. "A wonderful week in Franco's villa. Lovely location - we did the walk up to Montecarlo most days to sample some of the local restaurants and coffee shops - and an easy drive into Altopascio for food shopping. The villa was well laid out for a group of 13 of us ranging from 9 to 49 and pretty well equipped including pool inflatables and sun loungers for the lovely infinity pool. Franco was very helpful and hospitable. Only slight criticisms are that the aircon on the top floor is not really...

"The property was excellent for our family group of 4 adult couples. The bedrooms were all spacious with good facilities. The general villa had all the amenities required and had plenty of cooking facilities and utensils. The pool and the view were superb and we had great experiences using the bbq grill and wood fired pizza oven. It is well located for access to local towns and cities. Volterra and Lucca were our favourites but we had a must see morning in Pisa which was very busy as expected....

"This is a gem of an immaculately and tastefully restored farmhouse, set in spectacular olive trees and pine forest. Access is via a long driveway to a house that is about a kilometre from the village. There is total peace at the head of the valley, sitting beside the excellent pool, looking down on the lovely village of Santa Maria dei Guidicci. Sofia and Pierre-Angelo were graceful and very attentive hosts and we highly recommend this unique holiday home."
