"Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!"

"There was a mix up with rental being double booked. Instead of cabin we reserved 15 months earlier, we were housed in a house apparently used as part of venue operations. It certainly was not what we expected but we made the best of it! It was clean and bed was comfortable so we chose to overlook the minor hiccups. Most importantly it was a great eclipse viewing site and the actual eclipse experience was extraordinary! All staff members were very kind and welcoming."

"We had a lovely stay at this home! It was honestly the nicest/put together home we’ve stayed at thus far. The gate in the back could be fixed as it was difficult to go in and out of, and the master bed was softer than we would’ve liked, those would be the only suggestions I would recommend changing/upgrading. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would stay here again :-) Thank you for having us!"

"Gorgeous spacious home, we greatly appreciated our stay there. It turned out to be quite a ways from surrounding towns which I hadnt accounted for but didnt mind in the end. We had come for the nascar race and it was a ways feom the track but far from the hustle and bustle. The host was very considerate and welcoming, and was welcoming to any adjustments requested."

"It was nice quite and peaceful. Check in was super easy and we had no problems. The owner checked in with us and was easy to work with and quick to respond. House was clean and well stockwith dishes and cooking utensils. I would stay here again."

"This property was very nice. We had 9 people staying at the property and it fit us perfectly with the 3 king beds and 3 queens. The beds were very comfortable and the pool table and pool provided good entertainment as well as the patio area. The host was very responsive with requests. The group was used to a 11AM checkout but made the 10AM work for our trip although it would have been nice to have an extra hour. The wifi worked well too, but the TVs had a pin that made it hard to download apps...

"We had a fabulous stay, thank you. Everything was excellent. Of particular note: the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment; the lounge areas were very comfortable; the beds were also very comfortable; the pool was a little chilly, but in April I did not expect any different, but fantastic; and the grounds offer a lot of space. Were this property not 5000 miles / 20 hours travelling away, we would definitely go back. Mike Cahill England"

"We enjoyed the stay just some certain things we disliked. We couldn’t be loud in the day time because neighbors would complain about music being too loud. This isn’t really a place to kick back and enjoy with friends with music and hangout. The hot tub does not work same temperature as pool so false advertising. The barbecue pit works but we had to buy our own propane tank in order to use the grill."
