Domus Sicily - Villa dell'Ulivo Luxury Shared Pool

The duplex Villa is located in brand new peaceful Mini Residence (seven Villas) \"Il Giardino dei Limoni\", surrounded by the green with lemon and olive trees and next to the kidney-shaped infinity pool outfitted with solarium and showers and supervised by a lifeguard. The pool is open seasonally from 15th of June till 15 September. It has opening time 10 to 14 and from 16 till 19:30 The sea next to the residence at walking distance (150 m) is accessible by the pebble beach and the amazing cliff and rocks of Cala Rossa and has beautiful spots and rich bottom for snorkelling and fishing.



The Villa bright and breezy consist of three different level and the basement outfitted as a gym; from the roof terrace there is a stunning view of the Golfo of Castellamare.



The entrance is gained across the peaceful garden via large glass doors that open into an ample living area with a beautiful truss wooden vaulted ceiling, elegant and design furnishing, comfy sofas and fireplace and a spacious dining room with table and chairs. This latter leads to a bright fully-equipped kitchen with hand made stylish tiles and a door providing to the outside shaded dining and barbecue area. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower and the little stairs that lead to the beautiful-appointed double bedroom.



Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, one of the room expose with private balcony to the main patio and has a double bed with slope ceiling and the other room has two single beds, perfect for children; on the same floor there is the access to the roof terrace ideal for sipping aperitif watching the sun flaming out into the sea.



Outside, a covered ventilated fully furnished patio where spend your after dinner pleasant time and the garden with many different fruit trees and also a table tennis available.



The house is designed to be fresh and ventilated during the summer and warm and cozy during the winter, but has also air-condition in each room and the heating system.

On the other side of the Villa is where usually my parents and sometime me and Giulia spend the summer but also we use to travel so maybe we will not be there the entire period of your stay, however the Villa is designed to guarantee everyone their privacy and tranquility. we rent the villa per week from saturday to saturday. Palermo airport is very close, 15 minutes by car palermo city is reachable in 30 minutes by car. From the house in one houre by car you will reach also famous touristic place as San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Selinunte, Cefalù, Trapani with the Egadi islands and many other place.
