"DO NOT STAY HERE.I am a travel advisor who books clients all over the world, and this was one of the most unacceptable experiences I’ve encountered.My clients contacted me immediately upon arrival because they did not feel safe and chose to leave for a hotel within the hour. "There's many other options in the area for less that are way nicer. The floor were dirty, rooms were cheap furniture, horrible beds, no storage and nothing looked very good. The bathrooms were old and moldy, all fixtures were broken. There 3 things that were good, the water pressure, location and air-conditioning worked well. But overall it was poor.The fee for the towels is so ridiculously and the energy fee... was another 70 euro for 5 days. How is this not included or at least a minimum...

"This was our first trip to Sezze and could not have asked for a nicer host or setting. This farmhouse is for anyone who wants a beautiful rustic rental. It was very clean and Marco and his family could not have been more accommodating. I asked them for the impossible and they came through. The recommendations for food were spot on and we really hated to leave. This is a must place to stay in Sezze! "
