Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at Passford for two nights and really enjoyed our visit. The grounds and gardens were beautiful, such a tranquil environment and a fitting setting for such an interesting and attractive property. The hotel is steeped in history, Super amenities. Comfortable room with cosy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming; very helpful and accommodating of additional requests. "This is a beautifully situated old mill on a gentle stream with gorgeous grounds. Idyllic. Just outside Lymington but a short 8 minute drive into town or to the ferry. Dinner was good with excellent service. Nice room, comfy beds, good bathroom. We were there on the hottest day of the year so it was very hot in the room but a fan was provided which helped."

"The setting is perfect, overlooking Freshwater Bay, and the hotel has been beautifully restored. Everywhere feels very spacious and comfortable. The staff are lovely and clearly wanted us to have a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. They dealt with my irritating dietary requirements with concern and professionalism and were all friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back."

"The wife and I stayed here for 2 nights for a short break in the New Forest. The hotel was great, our room was light and airy. Although a little warm because of the heat wave we were able to open windows on both sides that brought in a draft in the evening which quickly cooled the room down, that and use of the excellent shower meant that we coped easily. Each room also has a small allocated outdoor space which was particularly welcome during the hot weather and we enjoyed some fish and chips on...

"Difficult review. On the one hand, perfect location, great view, good bed, very helpful staff and nice food. On the other hand, the room was very uncomfortable. Unbearably hot with windows that only open a crack. Very low sloped ceilings in about half the room (which was already tiny). Okay if you're under 5 foot five. At 6 foot 2 my partner hit his head several times, jarred his back ducking to avoid hitting his head and had to bend over backwards to use the toilet. The room was very...
