"Cathy and Bob were very kind, provided clear directions to the property and welcomed us in warmly. They are also very up front with their expectations and asks of their guests, which we appreciated as this allowed us to show them and their property respect and care."

"This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"Beautiful home. My family loved taking pictures in nearly every room due to the decoration. Close to city center. Google maps takes you to the wrong address but easy to get to when you figure it out. Larger cars might have an issue with the narrowness of the gare when leaving but we managed. I left a lighter, kindling and fire starters for the next people as we could find anything at the property to start the beautiful fireplaces with. I will 100% be booking this property in the future.
