"This is actually just a bedroom in a house with multiple other converted bedrooms serving as additional rentals along the hallway that lead to our room. This property is more of an hotel or house share than a VRBO in our opinion.The place was clean and prepared like a hotel, with soaps and other amenities. We requested an extra night and the host demanded (politely) that we pay in full in advance of our arrival, outside of VRBO payment policies."

"Amazing responsiveness by host (Stephanie). Gorgeous, peaceful rural location (you'll hear the highway but I didn't care). Spotless, comfy, all needs anticipated. I advise paying attention to instructions about heating, water systems (the videos are great). It is an RV, after all. I will be back. "

"This space was wonderful! It was very clean. The bed was firm and very comfortable, the heater worked great and the kitchen had all the supplies you could need. I felt safe in the immediate area and the front door is behind a locked gate. 10 minutes away from downtown by car. We would happily come back for another visit!"

"Four of us headed to Santa Fe to celebrate a friend's birthday and stayed at this property. It was everything it said it would be and more! It was perfect for us, being four adults and each having their own comfortable, king size bed was fantastic! Great location, very clean, plenty of amenities that we needed and having access to parking in a garage was really an extra bonus. Moises was so helpful, responsive and friendly. Very thorough from start to finish! Highly recommend. "
