"Kitchen well stocked with large pots and pans. Plenty of paper products .. never ran out of hot water and there were 6 of us . Driveway was hilly to get kayak trailer in easily but since driveway was pull thru became a non issue . Easy access to downtown Sparta . Next door neighbor and son were super sweet and welcoming . Bryan said we could turn trailer around in his yard if we needed … southern hospitality at its best ! "

"Property was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed! There was lots of room for 6 of us to spread out and enjoy the space. The building is very secure as well. The Latch app system worked great for us as a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make a few meals. There was also a couple of bag coolers to use when we went to the pool, that was a big help! It was an easy Uber ride to Broadway, as well as a few places to eat just around the block.
