Villa Espectacular y muy tranquila

Estuvimos una semana y todo fue perfecto. La zona es muy tranquila y la piscina increíble con una ducha exterior que incluso tiene agua caliente. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Muy recomendable. No dudaríamos en volver a quedarnos aquí. Gracias a Inocente y su mujer por la amabilidad.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The host was so kind and so helpful and had quick replies constantly about any questions that we had. It was so clean and in a great location with a shop 20 minutes away. There was also a few restaurants nearby and we were very close to Siam Park and the airport. This was one of the best places we have travelled to.

Amazing space

We had a great stay with our group of 8 friends and had plenty of space to spread out. Some elements of the house are a bit dated and tired but this is reflected in the price and also means you don't need to be too precious and allows relaxation

Overall good stay. Villa very spacious and good location. A few teething problems (toilet downstairs didn’t flush and due to Easter holidays could not get anyone out to fix). Lights in loft apartment did not work and nor did the microwaves. Would return though, very good value for money

Lovely Villa

Great villa spread out across 3 / 4 large living and sleeping areas which easily accommodated our party of 8 work colleagues. Villa was clean, tidy and well presented and the outdoor space and pool were perfect for relaxing after days out. Claire was great throughout the trip and always available to answer any questions, and give suggestions of nearby places to eat etc. Location was perfect for us away from the hustle and bustle perfect for relaxing but only 10mins from the main towns, shopping centres etc with smaller shops on the doorstep. Internet across the villa was great to which kept the younger members of the group happy

Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie! Super goede locatie, niet te ver van het centrum maar toch lekker rustig. Heel leuk met de verschillende slaapplekken. Wij gebruikte vooral het bbq huis als keuken om samen te eten. Pannen en bestek was niet mega proper maar hebben we zelf dan nog even eerst afgewassen voor gebruik. Zwembad was super leuk voor de kindjes. Mooi uitzicht en veel zon. Zalige vakantie !

Large home in nice area

We enjoyed the size of the property for our group, had plenty of beds for all of us. There is a nice courtyard and large kitchen and outside kitchen too( we did not use) 2 apt. Units that have their own bath rooms. There was plenty of space for the kids to spread out, they enjoyed lounging in the BBQ house on the couches there and by the pool. Property is walled and gated for security, but it was a safe area with no issues for us on our stay. There were a few small maintenance issues, but host was very responsive and took care of them promptly. Host had great communication and had people out quickly to take care.

Toller Urlaub

Ich war mit vier Freunden 8 Tage in der Villa Shania. Es war ein super Urlaub, den wir dort verbringen durften. Die Unterkunft war genau so wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit Claire lief problemlos über WhatsApp. Claire ist sehr nett, antwortete innerhalb kürzester Zeit und löste ein kleines „Problemchen“ zu Beginn sofort. Wir können diese Villa bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Grundstück mit allem was man braucht

Der Urlaub war für uns zehn Freunde (durchschnittlich 30 Jahre alt) in der Villa großartig! Der große Pool ist das Highlight, er wird wöchentlich durch einen externen Poolboy gereinigt. Der Kohlegrill im Barbecue-Haus eignet sich hervorragend für einen Grillabend. Die Küche im Haupthaus ist gut ausgestattet lädt dank ihrer Kochinsel zu geselligem Kochen ein. Wir stellten bei der Ankunft fest, dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte. Nach kurzer Nachricht wurde sie noch während unseres Aufenthalts durch eine neue ersetzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war immer schnell und sehr freundlich. Die WCs und Schlafräume waren sauber. Insgesamt merkt man schon, dass die Häuser und deren Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Allerdings in einem völlig erträglichen Maß, das nicht davon abhalten sollte hier den Urlaub zu verbringen. Die in den Rezensionen angesprochene Schweinefarm ist hin und wieder zu vernehmen und erinnert an einen Bauernhof-Geruch. Hat uns weniger gestört. Sonstiges: Die Internetgeschwindigkeit war mit ca. 40 MBit/s down okay fürs Arbeiten. Im Dorf selbst ist nicht so viel los, man ist aber in 10-15 Minuten unten an der Küste. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr schön. Die Lage war für uns auch gut. Etwas abgelegen dafür ruhig. Ein Auto ist fast zwingend. Wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter und waren froh um eine Abkühlung im Pool. Leider ist das Haupthaus und auch das Poolhaus etwas abgewohnt (Einige Lampen defekt, Steckdosen defekt, Elektrokabel hingen aus der Wand, usw.). Die Klimaanlagen im Haupthaus funktionierten nur halb. Im Hauptschlafzimmer ging es einigermassen. ImWohnzimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht.Die Küche war nicht sauber und im Geschirrspühler hatte es sogar Schimmel. Das Geschirr und die allgemeinen Küchenutensilien sind etwas zusammengewürfelt. Die Böden und der begehbare Kleiderschrank waren ziemlich staubig. Die beiden Kaffeemaschinen in der Küche waren auch nicht gut gereinigt. Die Küche war nach unserem Besuch definitiv deutlich sauberer als vorher. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt aber trotzdem genossen.

Wonderful for large family vacations

Very large and clean villa's. We stayed at this villa as two familes of 8. The living area is perfect for a relaxing stay and the large pool is ideal. A car is required as this villa is a 5 min drive to the greatest town, 15mins from Los Cristianos. The host was excellent, always keeping us informed through the booking process and when we had a slight issue with plumbing, it was resolved via a professional service within 24hours. You can't ask for better service. 5/5.

There was 8 of us that went and we found it amazing, the pool is definitely the highlight of the whole place! There is so much room for everyone, a bus stop just at the end of the close which takes you to los christianos and was only £1.45 for a single! The manager was always happy to help with everything and anything and replied straight away! It truly is a paradise and we cant wait to come back in the future!

Spacious villa in a quiet location

Amazing amount of space - plenty of room for people to find their own peace and quiet. Elevated position meant good views and a lovely cooling breeze. Hire car is essential as no amenities close at hand and public transport very limited.

Great location. Quiet and spacious. But have to mark it down for the (poor) cleanliness and overall tired looking state of the property. The pool would also benefit from a solar cover as it was full of insects and debris which I had to clear before using it. Wanted to like it but, for the price we paid, we were disappointed. Wouldn’t book it again. Sorry.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf der Seite beschrieben. Man konnte die Ruhe genießen, war aber trotzdem in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt oder beim Supermarkt. Auch der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war klasse. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können es von Herzen empfehlen.

Spacious rental/ beautiful outdoor space

Spacious and beautiful outdoor space. Location up in the hill made for colder temperatures compared to the beach area which made it difficult to enjoy the pool itself but still we enjoyed relaxing by the pool area. Host was very responsive to any questions before and during stay. It had all the basic kitchen and household items except No blender or vacuum in the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Villa à fuir.

Maison très très sale et très mal entretenue, hormis le jardin et la piscine où tout était correct. Odeur de moisissure et d’égout dans la maison. Conduit d’évacuation bouché. Propriétaire très désagréable vous conseillant d’ aller à l’hôtel si on était pas content. Installation électrique défectueuse et dangereuse….
