"This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly). "

"Great location and great set-up - Tim and Dawn were great hosts and were very communicative and very willing to assist thru out the process. Had a couple minor issues that they went out of there way to resolve and make our stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back!"

"Amazing property! Absolutely loved the decor and simplicity of the space. Everything felt fresh and brand new in chalet. Great touches with appliances. "We were only here for 3 nights and it rained almost 1 whole day, we still had a great time. We brought our boat and the grandkids and they had a blast. The convince of having our own boat ramp and covered doc was amazing. The view from the property is incredible. Host was very timely in responding to messages and made our checkin process very easy. They say it was the best vacation ever!!!"

"What a great escape! We didn’t want to leave the lake house. Everything was pleasant and easy. We will coming back. Plenty of parking for our pontoon trailer and the covered dock was perfect for our pontoon. We drove to Dayton one night for dinner, but we cooked the rest of the time in a nicely furnished kitchen. Great communication with the owners and they provided many great entertainment options around the area. The river views were fantastic. "

"This property was just as shown in the pictures. Clean, quiet, not far from shopping or eateries. The host was fantastic very responsive. My family enjoyed ourselves very much. We used the hot tub, game room, bbq. We would book this property again. My only recommendation would be for there to be a few more towels. Most of us were women and we needed more towels. There is a wonderful washer and dryer which us preloaded with soap very convenient. "
