"Friendly and helpful staff. There's nothing much to do in Hikkadua unless you go out on excursions. The hotel should organise activities for adults and children during the day. We had a pleasant stay as the pool and the beach made up for lack of activities."

No está cerca de ningún núcleo urbano pero con un tuc tuc lo tienes todo a mano.
Me llamo positivamente la atención que son eco friendly no usan plásticos salvo en lo necesario, por ejemplo en las papeleras, usan papel reciclado, no usan plástico en los accesorios de baño o las botellas de agua son de cristal.
En general me gusto bastante y aunque todavía tienen pequeñas cosas que mejorar, repetiría sin duda.

"Hikkaduwa Beach Hotel is located right on the beach, the ocean is just a step away. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The restaurant is open for limited time frames but room service is available throughout the day. Loved the view from our room, to get the sea view you have to book premium sea view. This is typical old Hotel. The building is old and the technology (water, electricity ) is old, but all works. Situation in the city is excellent; near centrum, on the beach. Good bed to sleep and the sound of waves is soothing. Good beakfast and the limits from food allergy were well taken into account. And also very early mornig breakfast when needed was possible.
