"Our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days even after speaking to Management, no clean towels, toilet rolls, teas made stuff, nothing, bin not emptied either. We wer told it was because of Covid 19. Although we could pay extra for room to be cleaned if so required. 🤔🙄We had to go to Reception each day ..."

"Had a great weekend there with the family we stayed in a family room, the only downside to the weekend was the constant smell of a plant based drug which was not ideal with 3 small kids,nothing that the hotel could of done to stop this.
