We stayed for a week in Potrero. The little beach side town had anything you may need and is very family friendly. There is plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance to Villa Jazmin (consider that there is no walking trail by the road though). The apartment is a real jewel in this kind of business. It is safe to say that you will find everything you may need for the duration of your stay. Our host Denis was very risponsive (within a minutes). We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful Property!

Throughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. The location is amazing - steps from the beach, quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. Onsite security and maintenance ensure a wonderful vacation. The pool and common areas are clean and well maintained. The condo kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms have great towels and all the essentials. We really appreciated the pool and beach tools/equipment. Highly, highly recommend!

Felt just like home!

The location of the condo is fantastic with a short walk to the beach and many eating choices within walking distance!! It is extremely well equipped which made it feel like home for our 3 week stay. The grounds are well kept and we enjoyed our afternoon dips in the pool. Morning walks down the beach, either towards the marina or Las Brisas is a must...best time of day to be out in the sunshine! Wishing you the best of luck with your future rentals!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Jazmin. The condo looked just like the pictures and was a short two minute walk to the beach. Staff was helpful and friendly and communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Best accommodations yet!

This property is the 6th we have stayed at in Potrero over last 10 years and was by far the best. Care and maintenance and on sight security, and the condo itself all top of the line. Amenities in the condo itself were fantastic. Location perfect. Would select this rental over and over

So close to the beach!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Jazmin! The condo is spacious and very comfortable. We were surprised at how quiet the neighbourhood was and being able to walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes! You can hear the ocean from the lovely balcony. The beach is long and serene. The sunsets were stunning…be sure to go before 5 to enjoy it! Great staff on site and great communication with the host.

Quiet apartment in a small beach community

What a lovely spot! Nice quiet apartment just block from the beach. The condo had everything we needed: Lots of towels, a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas, full kitchen with essential condiments and spices, a cooler, a washer dryer, which was great with only carry-on luggage. The layout works well, the main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom so it felt nicely self-contained. Plus it has a really cool desk for remote work. We sat out on the big covered balcony and made use of the pool a lot. Loved that we could hear the surf from there. We liked that there are only 8 apartments in the building: fewer to share the pool with. It was nice to have on-site security at the front, they were very friendly, helped with our bags, opened the gates for us (they knew we were coming). Mostly Spanish speaking, but Google translate worked when we needed it. Nice for long walks on the beach. Fabulous ocean swimming. It was literally a minute to walk to. Sunset is absolutely stunning there. Not busy at all (no hucksters, and not crazy like Coco or Tamarindo) and we ate at a couple of cool restaurants along the beach (Hemingway’s, Nasu). We found plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and fruit stands nearby, including a handy convenience store one block up the street. You can tell this place is cared for and enjoyed by the owners. Lots of comfy decorative elements. It was a nice home base to come back to, we’d stay there again for sure.
