Jill's home is beautiful and comfortable. We sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the view. We saw parrots, monkeys, lizards and all sorts of other birds.

Amazing Views

We spent 8 nights in this very spacious condo. The view is amazing and we loved morning coffee on the balcony each morning. The town was close enough that we could walk to a restaurant but a golf cart or car is needed for other activities. The pool is a beautiful sunset spot. It was a little loud as the unit is just above the street but with the AC and fan on at night it isn’t too bad. The staff is friendly and we had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. Would stay again!

A Wonderful Stay

The Villa was spacious and well laid out. We enjoyed the huge deck and the views were amazing. We took advantage of the pool area and the beaches were a short walk and both were lovely. The property owner responded quickly to questions and arranged to have a playpen and high chair for our grand daughter, which we really appreciated.

Great home with great views

The home was perfect for our family of 7. Three couples and a 2 year old. 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a short drive to many more.We did have a minor issue with the shower, but the management company was very responsive and had the issue fixed immediately. Would definitely recommend and return.

The perfect end to an intense Costa Rica experienc3.

We are a three generation family, ages 11-74. After actively touring and experiencing active Costa Rica, it was wonderful to relax in this beautiful home. Everything we needed was there - cooking, beach toys, and the washer and dryer. The views were beautiful and the beach near by. We were glad to have our family to help with the luggage up and down the stairs, both indoors and out.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Catalina. The kitchen was well-equipped, the pool offered stunning views, and the beach was conveniently close - ideal for family outings. Do note, there's some noise from local dogs and traffic, but it didn't overshadow our overall experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach holiday.

Awesome stay in Potrero

We had a wonderful time with the family at the Villa. Walking distance to beaches, hiking trails and market. The sunsets from the pool were incredible. The only downside is the noise from traffic and neighbour dogs (too) early in the morning.

Lovely home close to amazing beaches

We stayed for a month and felt right at home in this well appointed town home. The rooms were large, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything you could need. We loved walking to the beaches and spent a lot of time at the pool enjoying the amazing views. The town of Potrero is lovely and within walking distance. We went several times a week to the bakery (El Patio Panaderia) and fruit stand (across from the square). Both were amazing! The only draw back is the busy road in front of the unit with lots of construction vehicles going by. We knew about this when we booked so it wasn't a surprise.

huge home - fantastic stay

Large, modern well-kept townhome. Huge, kitchen with all the pots/pans/dishware that you might need for a self-catering stay. The complex pool is spectacular. A short drive to several nice restaurants. The complex is quiet and safe with friendly 24-hour security. We highly recommend this listing.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica, the house was perfect for our family. We loved how roomy the house was, never feeling crowded and the deck was our favorite hangout spot. We all enjoyed the quick walks to the beach and the pool. We will definitely want to come again. Thank you Jill and Tony for being so kind and helpful. The security guards (Pedro) were so so sweet too .

Potrero is a great place to stay

The property was as advertised. It does need a bit of tlc to freshen the place up. The only irritation was the new construction development in the area. Our balcony was overlooking the road it was quite noisy in the mornings and at night. Other than that it was a great place to spend our time.

Our stay in Jill’s rental was wonderful. The property is exactly as described. Her beautiful home was completely equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Views from the infinity pool were beyond spectacular. Had a couple of minor incidents during our stay but Tony from Krain management took care of things in less than 24hrs. Beaches are close by but so is the road and the traffic is very loud.

Wonderful week!

Enjoyed the clean and spacious home for 10 days with a family of four adults. Enjoyed exploring the many beaches and local restaurants. Did some zip lining and a boat tour of the national park and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. There are A-LOT of steps..fortunately our son was there to help we seniors with the luggage. We would have had trouble on our own.

Great house

We arrived very late after driving from San Jose and the check in process was very easy despite the late hour. The property is very nice and well equipped. There were 5 adults in our party and there was plenty of room. The pool is a bit of a walk but well worth it, the views are amazing. We really enjoyed our time spent hanging out at the pool. The location of the house is great. The 2 beaches that are close to the house are very nice and were not crowded. It is also close to several great restaurants. The binder in the property has great restaurant suggestions. Our children went surfing and horseback riding and Allan (property manager) did an amazing job of booking things for us. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

Great stay in a beautiful area!

We loved this property and the area. Super close to several gorgeous beaches and lots of cute shops/restaurants. The owner and management were easy to communicate with. There were a couple small things that came up and they addressed them very quickly. We loved Potrero and this great home!

Wonderful Experience

This is a townhouse complex built on the side of a steep hill overlooking the ocean. At the top level is a small but wonderful infinity pool. Descending the hill are two rows of townhouses. This townhouse is on the lower row and is assigned only one outside parking space. Tony Gonzales with Karin realty was SO helpful that he made our stay just perfect. The house itself is as described and has a wonderful ocean view. There are many beaches nearby. Tony will help you book any activities you want to try.

Great space and outstanding view

We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the sunsets. The place suited just perfectly! We spent mornings and evening on the deck. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen to exceptionally well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. All three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. We loved walking down to the beaches, through the area of local homes. We even ran into one of our tour guides who lived there.
