Soap was empty, toilet bowl has stool stains, shower was clogged due to alot of hair from previous customers.

Breakfast and service very good. Hotel and room looks grand but room poorly maintain. Toilet smelly and linen dirty.

The hotel is brand new and there were some teething problems as is to be expected. The fitness centre was not ready for use. The room had annoying night lights in the bed head that could not be turned off. It was so annoying a technician was called to disconnect the wiring. This greatly disrupted our first nights sleep. The drain in the shower had some annoying valve in it that kept popping even after shower was complete. Technician had to remove it. Otherwise the breakfasts were fantastic and a very nice hotel. Further detailed cleaning after construction is still required. Im sure Novotel will rectify the initial start up problems.
