Extended Family vacation

This was the 3rd year our family (my husband, our adult children and grandchildren) have stayed at this home. Everyone has so much fun in the beautiful yard and and pool. We have plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is exceptional to accommodate a large group. Ralph’s grocery and Costco nearby. It’s a reasonable drive to Disney, Legoland or the beach if you want. Lots of wineries and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the hot air balloons in the early morning. Lovely morning walks through the rolling hills. Temecula is a nice town.

Hidden estates

House is beautiful and roomy plety of room for everyone and more. Minor hiccups lots of ants a few mouses all dead. Had to keep doors closed cuz there were knats but because of the location understandable

Excellent villa and service

The villa was the right size for our med school reunion. It had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub, pool were clean and so with the rooms. Stephanie, the villa manager was easy to reach when we had questions. She was very helpful. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Family reunion

This is gorgeous property (although it does need some repairs) and the house is wonderful. We had a family reunion and the house was like our own private resort. Everyone had their own private bathroom. There are so many different rooms for people to escape to for private gathering yet plenty for all of us to share time and space. The outdoors is gorgeous with the best fruit trees, the vinyard is lovely, all views magnificent and the pool area as much fun as possibly be. We spent most of our time on the property but shopping in old town was fun and visiting wineries was very fun. Everyone agreed that it was a wonderful week.

“All about Bob”

Our step father got over bladder cancer and we all wanted to get together to celebrate him. We had family from California, Washington, Michigan, Oregon, and Idaho come and celebrate. There was plenty to do with pool, jacuzzi, ping ping, pool table, and corn hole. Every morning we had a kaleidoscope of hot air balloons. It was a very memorable trip. Pictures does not do the place justice. Also, there was an abundance of fruit trees. The grapefruit was delicious. We’d love to come again.

Beautiful private setting!

This home was perfect for our large family of children and grandchildren. The setting is beautiful and private amongst the vineyards, and the large property has a large lawn and many fruit trees, as well as a nice pool and spa which our grandkids loved. One reason we chose this property is because other properties in Temecula would not heat their pools and the property manager of this property was super nice and heated the pool for a fee; this made a big difference in our enjoyment of the home. The kids loved the ping pong and pool tables as well. Room arrangements are comfortable with en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom and large king size beds, as well as several extra beds that are good for kids sleeping in the same room as parents. The kitchen and gathering space is large and well equipped. It is a bit of a drive to the beach, but we still did two beach days at Oceanside and Moonlight Beach and a day at Sea World. The drive was worth it to us because of the large house that fit our family comfortably. The only down-side of a beautiful country setting is some bugs on the property, but the grandkids thought that was a plus! There isn’t a high chair or pack n play or crib, so if you have a baby, you will need to bring some equipment. The closets are so large in the upstairs bedroom and master that they are as big as a small bedroom which easily accommodated a child. The communication with the property manager, Stephanie, was the quickest and easiest I’ve ever experienced.

Family Get-Together

This was our second time staying at this house. So spacious for our group of adults and children. Plenty of room for each individual family. The living areas are huge, the kitchen set-up is fantastic. Bedrooms are large and each with its own bathroom. Our grandkids had a fabulous time playing outside with lots of room to run. Oceanside beach is about an hour away. Disney a little over an hour for a great day trip. The heated pool entertained everyone everyday. Nearby wineries have some nice restaurants, and, of course, wine! The kiddos remembered the house from the prior year and were so excited to go back. They would run out each morning excited to see the hot air balloons. We have great memories. The management is very responsive and helpful. This place is great.

Great spot to have the entire family under 1 roof!

The host, Steph, did a great job communicating and my parents couldn’t be happier to have their 4 kids+spouses and their 9 grandchildren all together for a long weekend! I didn’t think I would mind if the guesthouse (apartment above the 4 car garage adjacent to the main house) was rented while we were there but I’m glad it wasn’t and that we paid the extra money to rent it last minute for privacy purposes. Also, the BBQ is only a 2 burner so it would be a bit challenging to BBQ for 18 people. Overall, wonderful experience :)

So fun!

We had an excellent stay here. I would recommend it to anyone! The location is so close to everything, the property manager was responsive, and the house was clean. Like some other reviewers, we did encounter a mouse, but ours was dead in the pool filter bucket. This kind of comes with the territory when you're staying in the country! The only other thing I would add is that a few people had to leave early because the beds were so uncomfortable. I didn't read any other reviews that said the beds were uncomfortable, so this was a surprise. Overall we had so much fun here. You can't beat the pool, the view, and the gigantic kitchen for a big group.

Perfect!

We rented the house and apartment above the garage for 13 people, friends and family, visiting Temecula to attend my son’s wedding. It was spacious and comfortable. There was enough room to spread out and have privacy if wanted. The pool area is lovely—better than it looks in the listing. There are orange and lemon trees on the property that were in bloom and smelled amazing! The location is in a quiet neighborhood convenient to main roads into Temecula and wineries. Stephanie, the property manager was responsive and helpful. We would love to go back someday!

The house and property were amazing. Only one small problem…MICE! Found dead mice in sticky traps that we needed to remove. Found more sticky traps that we replaced only to find more mice the next morning. Beware the home is surrounded by nature… there may be mice.

Beautiful well located property and amenities. Comfortably sleeps 12 adults. Bedrooms, rooms, and kitchen were very nice, as well as, the back patio. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is very nice. The barbecue should definitely be larger than the one they have! Overall 4.8 Stars

Amazing stay!!! This place has everything you need for your perfect weekend get away

If you are looking for a place for a large group, look no further! This place was perfect for our group of 20 friends. Everything was easy to figure out how to use (heating the hot tub, lights, check in, wifi, TV, ect). In the mornings, you have a nice view of the hot air balloons rising to the sky, which was a lovely view. The sunset over the hills is also spectacular. At night time, you get a nice view of the stars as well. The house itself is spacious, with plenty of room for sleeping, dining, and lounging. We stayed in November and some of our friends used the pool and most of us used the hot tub. There is plenty to do in the house, pool table, some board games/puzzles, ping pong, corn hole, ect. The location is great as the house is close to markets, restaurants, and more. We had no complaints about the stay in general. The only thing I wish was different is the living room upstairs was very dark. If there were more lights, we couldn't find them. It would have been nice to be able to hang out there and utilize the space during the night since the couch was more comfortable than the one downstairs. Overall, would totally come back!

The checking was great. Great curb appeal. Plenty of space to accommodate a big group. The place was dusty, with spider webs, and a very small grill for this size of a home. Other than that it was great. For the small inconvenience, the property management did let us check out much later to give us time to pick up and clean so that was very nice.

Family vacation in Temecula

This house (and guest house) was fabulous for our family of 10 adults and 10 children (7 and under). Bedrooms are all large, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is open and spacious and well laid out so we never felt crowded. The pool and hot-tub were a hit with everyone. The kids loved running the grounds and playing outside. We were greeted in the mornings with fabulous views of hot air balloons. Kids took a day at Disneyland (1 1/2 hour drive). Adults had a fun winery day - we found 3 sitters at Care.com. Beautiful countryside, cute old town area to visit, and a Costco and Ralphs fairly close.

Family get together

Coming together for my father’s 75th birthday was a success! The property itself was beautiful and was in such a gorgeous location also. We enjoyed the hot tub, played pool watched a couple movies streaming on tv and made breakfast in the well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. Stephanie, the property manager was very responsive, helped to answer questions and address needs in such a timely fashion! We have not rented a property for our big family (20 some) before but this positive experience has encouraged us to begin a yearly tradition!
