The views and location were amazing and even better than the photos! Great for a sunny weekend in Temecula! There are 4 bedrooms and 1den, with another small living room pull out. It slept 12 of us ( 6 were kids) comfortably. The home could use a few updates (sliding door, outdoor patio furniture and kitchen supplies were run down) but nothing major. All needs were communicated to Michael whom was responsive! Thanks for hosting us!

Parking, the size of the house, bedrooms and bathrooms, amenities and the views from the pool area were great. I think the only issues we had was that the cleaning crew missed a few things including dusting some of the furniture and cleaning the kitchen utensils. Also, a house of this size should be better stocked when it comes to trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. We ended up having to pick up 2 out of the 3. In addition, for the amount of money you pay to stay at this house you should not be charged extra to use the jacuzzi or fire pit. Or at least receive more than 2 hours for free (I.e. Jacuzzi). Also, the back sliding door from the kitchen to the pool was very difficult to open and the refrigerator in bbq area was not working. Lastly, this house is located in wine country. How about you throw in a little gift basket promoting some of the wines in the area? Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you and take care.

Perfect Girls’ Getaway

Just got back from an annual Girls’ trip and stayed at Villa Vigna for the first time. 10 long-time friends were able to reconnect, laugh, & relax. The property is well appointed with comfortable furniture both in & out doors. The pool was clean and had incredible views. Michael, the property owner quickly answered questions. We loved that 2 hours of spa time was included with our daily rate, that we were able to set up the hours in advance & we were happy when the spa went on each evening. The beds were comfortable with good mattresses. The kitchen was organized & well stocked with pots, pans m, plates, silverware & basic spices. We appreciated there being ample coffee filters, dish soap & dishwasher, which has been lacking in previous VRBOs we have gone to in the past. We loved our time at Via Vigna and are planning to return.

MIL's 90th Birthday

Villa Vigne was an amazing hangout place for my family (10 2 toddlers) around the main event in nearby Bonsall. Beautiful and relaxing. The inside space is lovely and spacious and the outdoor space is top notch--the outdoor kitchen even has a dishwasher. Host was very responsive. 10/10 would DEFINITELY stay again.

Tranquil, Serene Escape

I want to begin with the property owner, The Warners…they are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Very hospitable and easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions regarding their property rental. We’ve stayed at this home for our 4th time now over the last few years and we love it every time we’ve stayed. This most recent time was over Easter Weekend. To say it’s a peaceful, uninterrupted getaway is an understatement. I wish I lived here. My wife and our daughters love staying here. It is a beautiful large single story home with ample amount of room and it opens up to a spread out self-entertaining backyard with an infinity pool that yields spectacular views to its grape vineyard below and the valley towards highway 79. Horses and cattle down below as well. Quails and rabbits gracefully roaming the vineyard. Coyotes howling at night from the valley creek bottoms. The home is perched up on a hill with plenty of play space for kids on the lawn adjacent to the home as well. It’s far enough away from everything but literally minutes away from the shopping center for groceries or a night out for dinner at several restaurants. It’s not a party house, it’s a beautiful tranquil family retreat. Book with confidence. I think you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.

Wine Country Villa

This property was perfect for a group of friends going wine tasting. It gives you the feeling of living on a vineyard all within 7 minutes of the wine tasting we did, 25 min to old town. Absolutely perfect location. We got the feeling of zero neighbors because the backyard and infinity pool overlooks the grapevines. My literal ONLY complaint is the cleanliness. I know this gets booked a lot, but I feel it needs a serious DEEP cleaning. We wiped down everything, especially kitchen before we used it. Also, because the outside is extended living area it should be cleaned as well. There was still BBQ sauce on the tables from the last guests. We did tell the property manager this before we left so hopefully it gets addressed. He was so easy to communicate with and it is such a beautiful house and location we would definitely rent again.

Temecula Wedding Weekend

This stay was straight out of a movie! Booked this property to host out of town family and friends for my wedding at the Morgan Estate. The house accommodated everyone and then some. The views in the morning were surreal and couldn’t have wanted a better location for the weekend. Michael was a pleasure to communicate with and did a fantastic job managing the stay.

OK, but could improve with some attention

We stayed for 8 days at Villa Vigna. The view from the backyard is amazing, definitely one of the highlights. The area is quiet and peaceful. The house does have a lot of space to it and all 10 of us were comfortable with the various bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer work well. Unfortunately the pool was having problems when we arrived and the level was low. While we could still swim in it, it couldn’t filter and was dirty until we notified the host and it was fixed several days into our stay. Echoing previous reviews, the house does need to be cleaned better especially the floors and kitchen, the master shower drain is still very slow, and the main sliding door to the outside needs to be replaced. The grounds need to have regular attention, we ended up sweeping and tidying the areas out back ourselves when we arrived. The shade awnings are disabled and there were no sun umbrellas as shown in the photos so the only shade that we had was that near the house. There were birds nests in each of the awnings which meant most of the outdoor furniture coverings had droppings on all of them that we had to clean up - again pointing to regular upkeep of the grounds being needed. There is a BIG ant problem that needs to be addressed somehow. Ideally the handbook needs updating with the known issues rather than us having to discover them ourselves and learn that's just the way it will be for our stay. So, it was an OK place to stay but needs some TLC to be a great place.

Pretty Views, Rad Pool but some Cons

We stayed at Villa Vigna this past week with our family and my sister in laws family. The house is spacious and really pretty, and the outdoor pool area has a great view. The pool and spa area were beautiful and it was nice that our younger kids had a kiddie pool to play in. The rooms are spacious and the master is HUGE. Beds are comfortable and having bathrooms attached to 2 of the rooms was awesome. With all that said there were some cons: -the child lock in the living room did not work properly without rigging it because the sliding door track is broken, new locks needed. -the whole home needs a good deep cleaning and better upkeep. There was a lot of cob webs, spider webs, dust, dirty walls and floors. -during the hot summer months there is an ant issue. There were TONS of ants inside and outside the house. My husband had to personally go and spray the inside and outside with ant spray. -the master bathroom shower didn’t not drain properly and when the faucet is on the water starts pooling. So while showering you are standing in a foot of water. -we did stay during a hotter week but the A/C which stated could be between 72-78 degrees did not work properly on one side of the house. The 3 west side bedrooms were SO hot the last 2 nights we were there that our kids had to sleep on the couches, cause the rooms were so warm. -kitchen items need to be updated (ie pot holders, spatulas, bowls etc) -Outside needs a good power washing -Fire pit was currently disabled.

Beautiful home

We had an amazing time! Wonderful location, beautiful views, awesome pool! We would definitely stay here again. I would suggest the owner invests in some new cooking hot pads for the kitchen otherwise everything was grea!
