Lux Vineyard Escapes- Hilltop Farmhouse

  • This Hilltop Farm House has amazing views and was just Relisted for the season. Enjoy the outdoor living spaces and fire pit as you relax, unwind and take in Wine Country.

    We are located in the heart of Wine Country within walking distance of two of our favorite wineries, Lorenzi and Plumbo. A little further maybe a hike or short bike ride are; Monte De Oro, Wilson Creek, Weins, Ponte, South Coast, Danza Del Sol, Leoness, Oak Mountain, Frangipani, and Cougar. In any case all of the 42 wineries and restaurants are a few minutes away by car.

    When it's time for wine and cheese or dinning you have many outdoor setting options at the Hilltop. Of course there is the gorgeous indoor open kitchen bar and dining room but when it's time to move outside I would recommend the picnic tables on the BBQ patio or relax in the comfortable chairs on the veranda with hilltop views.

    And...at dusk or dawn there is NO BETTER place to be than sitting and sipping around our Vista Fire Pit.

    The Hilltop Farmhouse has pricing options from 6 to 8 guests. Depending upon your needs and the guest count you entered into your search. VRBO will automatically calculate the price and break it down for you in the billing summary.

    If you would like to change up the pace a little during your stay, Pachanga Casino, Temecula Creek Golf, and Old Town Temecula are worth a visit and each no more than 15 minutes away.

    The Hilltop Farmhouse has an open floor plan and high ceilings with plenty of windows and light. Views from every room are stunning and the kitchen is set up for entertainment. The house can sleep up to eight and for an extra fee and there is also an additional Private Guest Suite on the property that sleeps two. (Guest Suite availability under separate VRBO listing 1519585). Coffee, teas, bottled waters are all provided along with freshly laundered duvets with every stay. We love clean and certain you appreciate it as well.

Rural haven

From Rancho California Road, the pavement ends a very short distance from the rental (and if coming from De Portola Road for over 1/2 mile), so you'll need to wash your car after the trip. But the property itself is really nice, vineyards all around, morning views of the hot air balloons quite close by. The grounds are very pretty and the outdoor furniture situated nicely for relaxing or dining.

Incredible property

This property was better than the pictures. The house was beautiful, clean, and had EVERYTHING we could need. The host stocked the house and thought of everything. The outdoor part of the property was serene, quiet, beautiful and had a few games to play, a fire pit and hammocks. We were there for a wedding, but it felt like a relaxing vacation. Can’t say enough about the host and the property. Thank you, Tally!!

Amazing stay

My friends and I had a wonderful two nights at this beautiful home! The house was clean, welcoming, and very well-stocked! The fire pit was a lot of fun, and we loved the hammocks. I 10/10 would recommend this house for any vacation in Temecula. Tally was wonderful and friendly! I am definitely recommending this house.

Beautiful home!

What a beautiful home in a great location! Tally and her husband were wonderful and attentive hosts . The house was fully stocked with everything you’d need and absolutely gorgeous! They even left extra snacks and waters. Great property, loved all the outdoor areas to relax and the beds were all very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home inside & out! Best experience

This home was beyond perfect! Tally & Mark were so helpful. Always in communication to make sure the stay was going great. The house is beautiful & has EVERYTHING! Even a fully stocked coffee bar. The beds were beyond comfortable & everything was spotless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place

Perfect location and lovely place. So many wineries near by and the wedding we were attending for the weekend. Mark and Tally were awesome and available via text if you needed anything. Would highly recommend this place!

Great location and beautiful property

We had an amazing stay and the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property! The location cannot be beat and the property is gorgeous!

Amazing!!

Everything about this property and the stay was absolutely perfect! Mark and Tally were so amazing! Easy and flexible check in and out, great communication and genuine concern to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house is even better than the pictures, which never happens!! The decor was beautiful and everything was fully stocked, it was like staying in your own home, but way better! Thank you for a great weekend!!!

Beautiful home

We stayed at this property for a girl's weekend away and it did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. Beds and bedding were super comfortable. It was located near all the wineries. Enjoyed everything about this property and would definitely recommend it. The only comment is with 8 girls getting ready an extra mirror or two would have been nice.

This is a 10 star property!

This was the perfect venue to celebrate my 60th birthday weekend with my family who came from Seattle, Portland & Phoenix to settle into this exquisite property and enjoy the various relaxing areas surrounding the gorgeous chateau. Tally was a thorough delight & made us feel very welcome. The beds made us feel like we were 'sleeping in the clouds'! Thank you for sharing your beautiful chateau, Tally, where we were able to make some lasting birthday memories!
