"I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights (Thursday to Tuesday) and while the overall experience was decent, there were some significant issues that I feel guests should be aware of before booking. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping policy. The room is simply not cleaned on weekends — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — which means that for a stay like mine, you're left without any service for three consecutive days. When housekeeping finally came on Monday, it was already around 4 PM, and only because I had to remind them myself. Not exactly what you'd expect from a hotel stay. On top of that, I had specifically requested that the body wash and shampoo dispensers be refilled, and the request was completely forgotten. Small detail, maybe, but it's the kind of thing that adds up when you're already going without basic room upkeep for days. The breakfast buffet also left a lot to be desired — the selection and quality were below what you'd expect for the price point. And the problem didn't end with the food itself: the lobby/lounge tables remained dirty throughout the day from breakfast service, with no one bothering to wipe them down. I was working from the hotel and had to specifically ask staff to clean a table before I could sit down. That's a basic hospitality standard that shouldn't require a guest request."
