Amazing house and property with views!!! My husband and I actually had our wedding of about 25 people here, and the house also served as lodging for family visiting from out of town for the wedding. Plus, there’s a casita (guest house) included that served as the bridal suite and then the honeymoon suite later. All of our guests loved how the house felt like home, and it was clean and thoughtful with how it was stocked/supplied. The house is decorated with antiques, and original art and textiles which I absolutely LOVED. Thank you so very much to our hosts for a beautiful wedding and week with our family!

Absolutely amazing stay at this house. Danuta has got to be the best host I’ve ever dealt with and we’ve stayed at a number of properties. We hosted a rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding and it was perfect! If you are traveling to the area I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!!

Team building

Excellent location especially if you’re interested in sampling the wineries around. Amazing kitchen with everything that you would ever need to prepare elaborate meals. Very generous outdoor space. Nice sleeping accommodations.

50th Birthday Balloon Parade

Wanting to hot air balloon ride for the past 8yrs I decided this year was the year. The catch was you must arrive 4:30 am to take off at 5:30 am. This beautiful home was literally 3 minutes by car from California Dreaming Hot Air Balloon check in point. Our pilot had 47 yrs of experience which reduced my hesitancy of getting in a wicker basket. I would recommend this balloon company when renting Danuta's home. We invited 12 of our closes friends with enough space for all. What a great place to stay! Danuta makes her home look like a resort in the middle of wine country. You will see succulents and rolling hills in the distance while playing a game of basketball or enjoying the fire pit sipping wine. A lot of cooking went on this weekend and her kitchen had the supplies needed to host three families with teens. This is a compliment when two guest are in the service industry and happy to use her kitchen. Her home pleased a group of adult's in their 40's and teens. Would definitely return to her home in the future as it was a great base while exploring Temecula. Temecula is filled with wineries. Ranch Villa is 5 minutes from Lorimar which many of the locals agreed this is a favorite winery. The wine and Sangria were good, food delicious, service welcoming. This particular winery also had a live band playing. The whole group really liked the band. We lucked out usually reservations are need but the Balloon Festival made foot traffic less busy. Ranch Villa is great pick!

Wonderful wedding rehearsal location!

We traveled from the east coast for my son’s wedding in Temecula. The owners helped us in so many ways to host both families the night before the wedding. Everyone commented on how lovely this Vrbo is and the celebration was all that we hoped and more. Prior to the celebration my family enjoyed the morning coffee as the hot air balloons floated by. The evening sounds of coyotes in the distance and an owl by the master window was so different from the east . My mother commented the beauty was so awesome that it didn’t seem real. I wish we could have stayed longer. I hope we can return one day .

Perfect Family Compound

Property large enough for 6 adults and infant with beds to spare. Great communication with property owners. Semi-secluded but still only 5 minutes from South Point Winery. Large kitchen with utensils, stemware ect. Woke up Sunday morning with balloon on three sides taking off and landing.

Groomsmen House

Absolutely perfect house for the boys. The location was perfect, the backyard was amazing. We spent so much time sitting around the fire telling stories, my dog was happier than I’ve ever seen him running around the backyard. The casita made for a great honeymoon sweet with my wife. Owners were very kind and easy going, made everything very straight forward. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!!!

Amazing Weekend!

We had a great weekend celebrating my friend’s bachelorette. We wanted a laid back girls weekend with wine and movies. We were so close to wineries, had a great time watching movies, and sitting out in the spacious and beautiful backyard (BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!) We all discussed wanting to return. Danuta was always so responsive with questions. Thanks for a great weekend!

Second time at the Rancho Villa - Even better with great weather

Had a rainy Christmas in 2021 but had rain just one evening in 2022. Great location the winery side of the Valle De Los Caballos with a good wide view facing the valley to the north especially for sunrise and balloon launches. Discovered the blooming rosemary bush that buzzed with bees in the back this year. Great kitchen to cook in while enjoying the company of others helping or relaxing nearby. We got more of a chance to enjoy the outdoor spaces during the day and the firetable at night. Keep an eye out for birds of prey, rabbits, hummingbirds, owls, and coyotes. Casita has been a convenient option for family members to stay, have their own space (if needed for COVID isolation) and be close enough to still enjoy time with others in the main house. Kitchen was well appointed for holiday cooking and pantry was stocked with shelf-stable standards and spices. On a non-through street gravel lined street, traffic is quiet and makes for good walks particularly at sunset. (So does another road towards a nearby winery). Location still makes it easy to connect to Rancho California to run into town for whatever you need.

Random people showed up during stay owner did not give us heads up. Owner pasted by in car to check in on us. Also random old man came over to take out trash while we paid EXTRA for late checkout.

Highly recommend

Perfect home for families. Stayed here with our elderly parents and adult children for my daughter’s wedding. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home to stay. It was the perfect size (with a large master bedroom on one side of the home and 2 additional bedrooms on the other) which gave just enough privacy and separation. And the casita was perfect for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready for her wedding. The views were amazing and the property was spacious and well taken care of. And the owners were absolutely wonderful and so kind and accommodating! Communication was impressive - they responded very quickly and clearly to every question (Thank you!) The house felt so homey, warm, and comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. So, we will have to find another reason to come back again! Highest recommendation.

Wedded Bliss

I rented this property for the bridal party in my wedding! What I loved about the property is that we all had ample space for what we needed, additionally the casita helped me house the mother of the bride, and children from the bridal party! We loved the scenery, and it's so quiet and peaceful. What we didn't love was the critters that come along with being out in the desert (which is no fault of the homeowner). The home is super rustic, which we gained an appreciation for!

Fantastic

The Rancho is located overlooking a beautiful valley with hot air balloons rising early in the morning on weekends. So peaceful. A perfect location for visiting wineries or simply staying home. We had a fire in the firepit each night. Overall I would say that it was even better than the photos show. Excellent hosts who were very helpful when needed. If we are ever in Temecula again we will certainly return!!

Not our first time

Oh my gosh, this is the second year in a row we have stayed there. It is the Best, we hope to make it an annual thing. Everything you may need is there (and more) BBQ island, fire pit, boat parking oh and that view..Breathtaking. Owners answered any questions immediately. And, we are taking turns in the Casita, because who doesn't enjoy some alone time. Thanks for everything, you guys Rock! *sorry took me so long to post, thought I sent it long ago
