My family and i enjoyed ourselves at the château Blanc property. All the rooms were beautiful, the backyard was big and well kept. The view of the vineyard was so amazing. And the host was great, answering all my questions. This is my second time staying there and I will return. Love that place!

Beautiful property and perfect location for that area of Temecula. Quiet spot with a lovely view. My parents couldn’t get their TV to work in the 2nd main bedroom…it was a bit tricky for us… but other than that, it was a perfect stay. I would happily come back. The bed in the private house out back was so comfy, and that private house was perfect for a bit more privacy from the rest of the family.

Family Reunion Escape

This was the perfect property for our large group to spend quality time together, but still have our own private spaces. The landscape and views were incredible, the home had a large gathering kitchen area to share meals, and each bedroom was large and well appointed. The French vibe was quaint and led to an upscale yet relaxed feel. I highly recommend!

Wedding weekend

The property was beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and more. The only thing to note is that some of the rooms needed more light. There was only one lamp in the queen bedroom with a bathroom. Other than that everything was awesome. The views were spectacular and the weather was perfect! was perfect bathroom

Family Thanksgiving

We rent a house annually to celebrate Thanksgiving with extended family. There were 20 of us; 12 adults and 8 children. The bedroom configurations worked out perfectly; the upstairs bathroom with 2 bedrooms is very tight to share so we ended up sharing the master bath. The house was on the warmer side so we slept with windows open; as the air conditioner setting were locked at 70 degrees. The property grounds are very well maintained and very comfortable for enjoying the pool. Unfortunately, the above ground hot tub was in a completely different area and very small (4 person at best). We had children so it was just very inconvenient. The bedrooms were as shown and ditto for the baths. In the main house there were 2 area rugs that were shag carpets, one in the living room and one under the dining table. We all felt that the rugs needed replacement and did not seem very hygienic. Directions to the stove would be very helpful as well. We paid the additional fee to heat the pool and it was heated to the desired temperature during our entire stay. If Monday is included in your stay be aware that the gardeners are on the grounds all day. We opted to do an outing as we had children with us and really didn’t feel okay having the kids in the yard and pool. We enjoyed the area and the pretty view of the vineyards.

Beautiful Property

The property exceeded our expectations. We had 15 people and used the main house as well as the loft and casita, never feeling crowded at any point. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out. We utilized the grill, pool and hot tub and were able to explore the surrounding wineries. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend if you are in the Temecula area.

California Christmas

The property listing doesn’t begin to show how wonderful this property is. The house, casita, apartment and grounds are wonderful. The pool, hot tub and fire pit are added pluses. There were holiday decorations everywhere - a wonderful surprise that made things even more special. There were 12 of us staying there, ranging in age from 11 to 76. We had so much room and places where each of us could find some quiet time if we wanted it. Stephanie was responsive to all our questions and did so always in a timely fashion. We all agree that if we are able, we will return to Chateau Blanc.

Could not have been more perfect

We stayed three nights to celebrate our family Christmas. There were 14 of us. Myself, my 3 adult children and their spouses and my 7 grandchildren. We rented the entire estate. It was really beautiful and super clean and well stocked. The property manager, Stephanie, was excellent. I would stay again and would recommend this home to anyone. Temecula is also a fun town to hang around in.

Great property for large reunions

A bunch of my old friends rented this large property for a weekend reunion. Because we rented the whole estate, there were 3 separate houses for us to spread out in, giving people plenty of privacy and all 13 people their own beds. The location was great for going into old town, pechanga, and doing a wine tour nearby. The estate itself is also quite pretty, and relatively secluded from nearby neighbors. There's some things that don't make it feel as deluxe as it could be; cheaping out on toilet paper, and charging high cleaning fees despite asking for removal of bedsheets/towels/trashbags at checkout (13% of our total cost was cleaning fees). These were simply minor annoyances, and didn't majorly alter our enjoyment of the estate. Overall, we had a great weekend, and would definitely consider coming back with our group!

Perfect size for our family of 18

We stayed in all 3 units at the estate. The hostess (Stephanie) was super responsive before and during the trip and the property was great. The views were amazing and location was convenient—we didn’t get to do much wine tasting but the wineries were close, one within walking distance. The WiFi at the property was strong enough for our large family and the cell service was good too. Great times were had by all in our group!

Awesome wedding party housing

We could not have asked for a better experience. We made use of every space. My husband and I stayed in the cottage. The ring bearer and flower girl and her parents stayed above the garage and said it was perfect and quiet. The groom’s party stayed in the main home and loved watching Football and playing poker. We wish the weather would have been nicer to have enjoyed the beautiful pool. The grounds were so well kept too. The kitchen was fully stocked, both in the main house and cottage. And everything was so clean and tidy. I would love to have stayed longer. All of our guests kept saying how much they enjoyed it.
