Family stay in Temecula Wine Country

We did our annual Family trip to Temecula and were very happy and fortunate with our experience at this property. It was very spacious both inside and out with stunning views of the wine country. The infinity pool and spa were ideal especially with the backdrop of the wine country valley. We had 9 people in total and the sleeping arrangements with the en suite bathrooms were very comfortable. Communications w/ Michael were always helpful both leading up to our visit as well as during and most importantly timely!

Great location and view

Came with a group of friends ages 45-55. We all enjoyed the view, pool/yard and location. The hosts were communicative. There were a number of things around the house that were broken or on the verge of breaking. And the housekeeper had missed some areas before we came. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

Just Don't Do It.

We stayed at this property for a special celebration and were extremely disappointed. The home was clearly not properly cleaned — coffee stains on the floor, fecal matter left in toilets, urine stains in carpets, dirty dishes in the cabinets, clumps of hair and dirt in bathrooms, and large cobwebs filled with dead bugs. Walls throughout the home were stained and scuffed, giving it a neglected, unsanitary feel.Security was an issue: the master, where several women stayed had a doorknob that could be detached. Instead of fixing critical repairs, the host simply posted labels. To make matters worse, maintenance workers were on the property throughout our stay, making guests feel even more uncomfortable given the broken locks.The pool and hot tub were not maintained properly. The pool filter was detached when we arrived, and we had to fix it ourselves. Even after providing the mandatory detailed heating schedule, the hot tub was sometimes cold and the host was unresponsive. When contacted, he blamed overuse earlier in the day — despite agreeing to turn it on for two sessions during the frigid day.The 20/hour hot tub fee is unreasonable, especially since it takes about an hour just to heat up. Just raise the nightly price.When these issues were raised, the host was dismissive and unapologetic. This experience was misrepresented, and the poor conditions and lack of care ruined our experience. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Awesome place!

Did a Girl's trip for our 60th. Plenty of room for everyone. The jacuzzi was great to watch the sunset in. Balloons in the morning was great to drink our coffee too.Loved the location and privacy. It looked just like the pictures!

Little slice of paradise

My wife and my sons (6 and 7) came to Temecula and stayed at this property for 9 days. The home is absolutely beautiful and well kept. Micheal was a great host and was more than accommodating. The pool and backyard area was amazing. The area is private and the views are unbelievable. I had coffee outside every morning outside and enjoyed the view. Pool and hot tub were great. Clean and the temp was perfect. Kitchen is stocked with high end appliances and all the cookware and dishes you could ever. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend Fun

Yes,this is a gorgeous property; however it is in need of a little TLC. The furnishings are wonderful except, they are a little worn and in need of cleaning or replacement. Also, the toilets in the bathroom: three of the flushers kept falling off and the seats were old and yellow. The luxurious sheets in the master had holes in them. There are rules to follow with heating the pool, jacuzzi and grill which are cumbersome. So, yes the property is beautiful but in need of serious maintenance. We had a great time even though........

Large home and stunning sunsets

The photos in the listing don’t do the size of this house justice- it is so large and spacious! The decor was a bit dated for my personal taste, but the furnishings were comfortable and functional. The inside of the house is just an appetizer to the delicious and amazing views on the back patio and yard. You can view the hot air balloon launches in the morning and watch gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The pool furniture is abundant and very comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor living space for warm days/nights! Check in was seamless with a digital door code and the size was perfect for a group of 10!

Holiday Hijinks 2023!

For the last 10 years we have taken our family on a getaway between Christmas and New Years. My husband and I say to our kids/grandkids "this is our gift to you, and your gift to us is coming along and spending time together!". Villa Serenita was just perfect for us, especially as far as size for our group, and proximity of where we all live. We would love to return in the summer! Thanks to our host who provided an awesome place to make some treasured memories!

Thanksgiving 2023 with the Happy 6

Our happy memory making trip began Wednesday and included delicious meals prepared in the gorgeous kitchen at this home. We are a family of home cooks with a deep fondness for creating tasty dishes from recipes passed on from our loved ones as well as new meals. Villa Serenita sits atop a most beautiful hill with a view from where so much of our joy begins and ends each day, in the kitchen! Thank you to Michael, the property manager for his wonderful communication and help with arranging our stay. God bless us everyone this season. May others find time to spend with their friends and family making happy memories. It is worth every minute doing so for our growing family, now 3 married couples ;)

Perfect Experience

The absolute perfect place to host a bridal party. Plenty of room for the girls to get ready and hang out. The property made it easy to catch up, have a glass of wine or take a few minutes for yourself. The views were great, the house amazing...over all experience was perfect. We will be back!
