    estuvimos una noche. Un lugar un poco fantasma. sin recepcion. habitacion muy comoda, pero con olor en la alfombra.Tal vez sea por que aceptan mascotas

    the property is located in a good place the price is good, the rooms are clean, but there is nobody if you need something, there is no breakfast, in the time I was there I did not see any staff, if you stay more than one night, you will not get clean towels if you need, and the room will not be clean.

    Most unique check in process ever. Never saw one employee the whole time- which was actually really cool. Hotel was quiet, clean, and the room was awesome. Five out of five for us.

    If you like privacy , it is great! No front desk, just an envelope left with your name and a key inside. There was an emergency number, which they responded to quickly. Very clean and quaint.

    The best option for those looking to visit telluride and not spend $400 a night minimum. Hotel is great. The rooms included a microwave and mini fridge. I would recommend bringing food to make/eat in the room because there is no fast food anywhere near Placerville or in telluride.

    It is a nice facility in a beautiful setting. The staff were competent and very helpful. I definitely would stay there again.

    Sad to see this once cool place on its last leg. Didn’t see a staffer the entire time we were there. 4 night stay, no service at all. I knew the restraunt had been closed but didn’t expect to find it this way. Many things broken on the property Room was decent and acceptably clean.

    You can't beat the price and the rooms were very nice. It was clean. It is kind of strange- the hotel is for sale and there is no one staffing the property.

    There was nobody working there. Our keys were left in an envelope. Room was great but I’ve never stayed in a hotel with no employees onsite.

    Nice room, but walls had no sound proofing. I could hear everything neighbors said. Stay was supposed to include breakfast, but nothing offered.

    This place was nice and clean and very affordable and just a short drive from telluride. I was disappointed with the lack of service, especially breakfast. We arrived at 8pm and departed the next day at 11am and never saw an employee. Our keys were left for us. I would have liked to know this in advance. We drove about 5min north and found a mercantile for coffee and breakfast.

    It was clean and comfortable, over all a nice place to stay. Our fire alarm battery was low, so it kept beeping and the staff handled the problem in an extremely unprofessional way. The night time emergency staff was nearly impossible to get a hold of (at 10:30 pm).

    Our room was basic, but spotlessly clean. The hotel is for sale and operating on a very basic level. When we arrived it was dark and there were almost no outside lights on so it was hard to find our way to the entrance, and the reception was not manned - our key was just left in an envelope with my name on it. The restaurant is closed, and the housekeepers only come 3 days a week apparently, so other than the handful of other guests staying there, the place was deserted, which was kind of creepy. I guess for what we paid it was a clean and comfortable room for the night so I can’t really complain, but we won’t be going back.

    We called the hotel all day long to let them know we’ll be late to check in. On the website they have mentioned, check in time is 4 pm to 8 pm. But no one answer the call. I even called Expedia to ask them to reach out to property but Expedia also couldn’t contact them. When I got there, no one was there to check me in. I had seen on there website that they will leave the key on the envelope but I couldn’t find mine. They never left the key for me. There was a note on the window saying call this no Incase of emergency. I called many times and finally some one answered. She than told me where to get the key. Next day when I came back to hotel after going out for a whole day, they didn’t clean the room or change the towels. Also, during check out time there was no one.

    Well Rested

    This hotel was just what my husband and I were looking for. It’s away from everything, but we still had easy access to Telluride when we needed. It was quiet and peaceful! The restaurant is closed and our room didn’t have a balcony, but we were aware of these issues before reserving. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is perfect.
