We enjoyed a pleasant, relaxing stay at this lovely property. Although there is not a view from the cabin itself, the road into the area is absolutely stunning in its beauty.The cabin is well appointed and well maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas for soaking up some sun and warmth. The kitchen has most anything you would need for cooking (and it is spacious). We will certainly be back again someday.

This was an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful peaceful setting. My kids loved it and really enjoyed the sledhill. Close enough to town, ouray, or even Montrose. The host was superb and was very accommodating. Thanks!

Great Stay!

The host (Jen) is so amazing! My family is crazy, and they are constantly changing their minds. I added days onto the stay 3 separate times and Jen didn’t bat an eye, just accommodated us anyway! The house was so clean and the set up is amazing !

Tranquility

Perfect location to get away from it all. Still close to everything. Property is beautiful and we had many deer visit us in the early evenings. We even had a visit from a neighborhood cat. Plenty of seating for those with families and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Awesome Place to Stay!

We had a fabulous time in Ridgway and visited Telluride, Ouray, and Silverton. The house was extremely clean and ALL of the beds were super comfortable! The host was very efficient with communications, and very helpful with extra information on surrounding areas. I cannot say enough about how nice she was! We enjoyed everything about the house and roasted marshmallows by the fire on two nights. We highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Location, Location, Location!

This cabin gives you the full Colorado experience! It is very nicely appointed and comfortable. Jennifer is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Perfect location to visit Ouray, Silverton, and Telluride! We rented a SxS in Ouray for the day, the trails and views were breathtaking ! We hiked the perimeter trail around Ouray, more incredible views. The entire experience was amazing, we will definitely be back!

This property is one of a kind. The location was a perfect distance from town all while being secluded in the woods. The house has anything and everything you could might want or need while traveling. It was so very well appointed and very comfortable! We had an amazing time with our family at your lodge :-)

Beautiful Getaway

Wonderful property .. very private, nice decor throughout, charming, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen & great outdoor space. We had a wonderful long weekend with our daughter and fiancé .. seeing lots of deer during our dusk hikes, enjoying a fire in the upper fire pit one evening and playing games after our daytime adventures in nearby Ridgway, Ouray & Telluride. It was also nice to have a fenced area for our pup. The home is about 15 min from town on a gravel/dirt road that was easy to travel on. Jen was always easy to work with and very responsive.

Warm cabin close to town and mountains

Beautiful cabin lots of space. The kitchen is perfect for families. We love to cook so we made meals everyday. Their cabin is fully stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this place.

Hilltop Hideaway

This rustic cabin was exceptional & has everything you need to feel right at home. Our family of 4 had the best time cooking, playing games, sitting by the fire and going for long walks together. The yard is fenced and super spacious making it a safe and great place for the doggies to explore. The views are spectacular! The neighborhood is nice & quiet. Jennifer the host was so wonderful and super helpful. This place is paradise. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay here, owner was very helpful in making sure our stay was accurate with no issues. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable, and the cabin was very clean. I wish every owner was as nice as Jennifer. The area is beautiful, and the mountain views are not from the cabin as we expected, but you can go down the road where you come in from and the mountain views are great. Owner even told me about an access road that was very nice to drive down with the rented jeeps. It's also a dark sky area so you can see some great night sky stars, down by the gate at the end of the street. We had no issues and is a great place to stay ! Thanks Jennifer.

Beautiful cabin in an absolutely gorgeous setting. Our dog loved the fenced yards (front and back) even though he was luckily oblivious to all the deer wandering by. :) Well-appointed inside, extremely well stocked with cooking gear. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Mountain getaway

We loved our week at this property. The house was clean and bed comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook each evening. It’s nice to have a built in heater in the bathroom for those chilly mornings to just warm up that space. We had our doggo with us and even though we had hauled his big kennel with us we didn’t have to unload it as there were already dog bowls and a large kennel in the home. Came home a few evenings to dear sleeping in the front unfenced part of the yard at the house which was sweet to watch them and a herd of Elk we encountered in the middle of the road on the drive up to the property was exciting as well. Easy drive to Telluride, Silverton, Ouray and Montrose. Would definitely stay again.

I should keep this place a secret!

We loved our stay at this cabin. The cabin and location is beautiful and peaceful. The cabin itself is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. Only thing to note is the king in living room is air mattresses (that were totally comfortable) I just messed up and did not request them from beginning as I assumed it was a sleeper sofa. The owner was so incredible she took no time at all responding right away when I had questions. We did not have any issues or complaints. We skied every day in Telluride which was only about a 50 minute drive from the cabin. We will definitely book this place again if available when we come back.

Perfect cabin for your next family getaway!

This property is perfect for someone wanting to get away and enjoy the peac and quiet of the mountains. The cabin owner, property manager, and maintenance man was the BEST. They made sure we had everything we needed no matter what time. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want. On the property is a snow hill and they provided sleds! I would love to go back and stay in this same cabin during a different season to be able to experience different activities.
