Excellent stay! Very remote, peaceful, and beautiful. Large very nice rooms feels like you're staying with family. The hostess Sky is very nice and very helpful. Restaurant on location also. Local Hotspot they have bingo and little concerts and karaoke but are all wrapped up and quiet at 9pm. Highly recommend

Teri and Pat are amazing hosts! They make you feel at home. The property is well maintained and on a beautiful piece of property. The living space is absolutely perfect with everything you need plus more. We will be returning someday and will definitely try and rent here again.

Ridgway Stay

Beautiful location and friendly, helpful on site owners. Apartment is nicely decorated and perfect for a couple or small family. Located in a quiet area, not too far from Ridgway. Everything you would want for a mountain get away.

Wonderful

Terri and Pat were awesome. Beautiful location and very tranquil. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a scenic landscape this is the spot for you. I would definitely recommend.

Could not have been better

Teri and Pat (the hosts) are simply wonderful people. My son and I stayed for 4 nights, and there wasn't a thing I would change about the property. It's very peaceful, and the apartment is beautiful. We participated in activities in Ouray, Ridgway, and Telluride, and the property is only a 5 minute drive to 550, so it's easy to hop on the main roads to get where you need to go. We would definitely stay again.

Location is ideal to get both to Ouray and then over to Telluride (45 min drive). I thought the place was great, and Teri & Pat went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Thanks!

Beautiful place tucked into the hills

We spent a lovely weekend here in July 2023. Pat & Teri were so welcoming and the apartment was just right for us. A well-appointed kitchen and a relaxing view from the living room. We plan to return when we are back in the area.

Absolutely wonderful

Better than advertised. We loved sitting on the sofa looking out the 3 floor to ceiling windows. Everything you need is there including a grill on your own little patio. The hosts are friendly and gracious.

Peaceful Hideaway, Breathtaking Location

We loved our stay at Heart Quest! This property provided the best of both worlds; we were a short drive from town and stunning attractions then at the end of the day returned to this tranquil, well appointed apartment. Teri and Pat were gracious hosts and we are thankful for their warm hospitality. We look forward to returning. Thank you Teri and Pat for your local recommendations and for sharing your home with us.

Breathless

If ou don't desire a nicely furnished, peaceful, convenient location you shouldn't book this place. Further, another couple of reasons why you shouldn't book this place is the owners are so nice and easy to work with, and the view of the valley is breathtaking. So in concluding this review, any normal visitor has got to be crazy not to stay here.

Perfection in Ridgway

This property is situated in an absolutely serene location: amid mountain views with complete privacy, seclusion and BLISSFUL QUIET. The apartment is spotless, and is even prettier than the very accurate photos. It is also fully equipped with both necessities as well as TREATS! The location is so convenient to both Ridgway and Ouray restaurants, bars, and markets. The drive to Telluride is about 45 minutes, scenic, and best done in daylight. While enjoying wine on the sweet patio, we enjoyed a visit from some turkeys. Seriously: real turkeys! Overall this is an amazingly great vacation home in an amazingly beautiful setting.

Mountain Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay in Pat and Teri's apartment! It was perfect for us and certainly met it's 10.0 VRBO rating from other guests. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Nice touch! The communication with the hosts was excellent, before and during the rental. We had an issue with one of the appliances, but Pat & Teri handled it swiftly and made sure we weren't inconvenienced. We used the apartment as a base for hiking in Ouray, Telluride, and Silverton, just short drives away. We also enjoyed the town of Ridgway, especially the Floating Lotus Brewery and True Grit Cafe. Pat and Teri are both very nice people, and we really enjoyed our chats with them. We stay in a lot of short-term vacation rentals and this one is a true gem. If we come back to this area, we will certainly try to stay here again. Thanks again for your hospitality, Pat and Teri!

Beautiful Getaway

Pat and Teri have a beautiful rental with lots of natural light, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable queen bed, and a beautiful setting. Staying in Ridgway gave us access to Ouray and Telluride and their place is outside of the city, with a multitude of wildlife sightings. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, this is it! Pat and Teri are full of knowledge about the area, if you want suggestions and are also very respectful of giving space as well. Thanks so much for offering such a beautiful place for us to enjoy!

A amazing hidden gem!

We were jaw dropped as we drove up to this place- the beauty was incredible! The space was gorgeous and clean. Lovely hosts! We will def be back- hopefully soon!

Ridgway vacation

Beautiful location close to Ouray....wonderful weather and the owners are great!! Enjoyed meeting two pups, Bootie and Peeps...both are just precious. Hope to go again.

Excellent from the minute you arrive.

This property exceeded our expectations. The apartment is light and bright, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The patio and lawn area for our use was beautiful with abundant wildflowers. We definitely recommend Heart Quest for a quiet relaxing getaway or for your headquarters when exploring the Ridgway/Ouray area.

Wonderful Stay

My family loved our stay in the beautiful San Juan Mountains at this property. After long days of hitting the trails in the mountains, we relaxed and recuperated at this secluded, well kept rental. Teri and Pat took care of any needs we had. A+ place to stay.

Spectacular

We had a wonderful stay in Ridgway/Ouray. The guest apartment is beautiful, spacious and perfect for a trip to the beautiful mountains. Hiking is nearby and you can bike right out to the gravel roads to Ouray and Ridgway. Pat and Teri are wonderful hosts and do everything they can to ensure a great trip. Highly recommend.

Perfect hidden place

This apartment is so clean and welcoming. The owners are extremely nice and personable. Bed is comfortable and also the pullout daybed was perfect for our kids. It really was the perfect place for our family to stay. Lots of food/condiments/coffee for use. Water pressure in shower was great. Nice sitting area outside to enjoy the beautiful view and weather. We will be staying here again if we come to the area.
