Welcome to Silverwood House (Main House Only) This spacious and beautifully presented property offers the best of both worlds - peaceful countryside surroundings, with easy to the Telford Centre and the M54, Shrewsbury, Stafford and Wolverhampton This home from home is perfectly placed for weekend breaks, business trips, relocations, or insurance stays.Perfect for families, groups of friends, or corporate stays, comfortably sleeps 9 guests, with room for up to 11 when using the sofa bed.
The main house is perfect for groups of friends or large families, allowing everyone to stay comfortably under one roof. The heart of the home features expansive open-plan living areas, ideal for socialising, cooking, dining, or relaxing after a day exploring Shropshire.

Kitchen, Dining & Utility: A bright, modern kitchen with island, high-quality appliances, and everything needed for extended stays. The large dining table opens out onto the patio for alfresco dining, and there is a desk space for remote working. A large utility room offers excellent laundry facilities—perfect for longer stays, families, and professionals. There is also a convenient downstairs WC.
Living Room: A spacious lounge with cosy sofas, a log burner, large Smart TV, soundbar, and a Spotify-connected speaker system—perfect for movie nights or music. This room also includes the sofa bed for extra sleeping space.

With 2.5 bathrooms, a large utility area, flexible sleeping arrangements, and spacious living areas, Silverwood offers the perfect blend of comfort, practicality, and style for short or extended stays.
Guests have full access to the entire main house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, utility room, office/gaming room, garden, patio, and parking area. The loft is a separate unit and may be occupied by other guests unless you have booked the “Silverwood Whole House” option.
Please note that the Silverwood Loft is a separate accommodation unit on the same property and may be booked by other guests. Both the main house and the loft have private entrances and are fully self-contained.
You may see other guests on the driveway or in some outdoor areas, which are shared respectfully. If you prefer exclusive access to the whole property, please book the “Silverwood Whole House” listing.
This listing is for the main House only. The Annexe with its own entrance is booked seperately and may have guests • Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. • Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied. • No unregistered guests allowed • Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume • Please make sure to lock the doors and windows • Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. • A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property. • Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible • If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to assist my guests. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
Consumables
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a shop and 24 hour garage a few minutes walk away.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
