"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room.
The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. The food in the restaurant also didn’t disappoint. Full of flavour and the pasta was among the best I’ve ever had (homemade pasta sauce was divine)

"The hotel has been recently renovated. The condition of the room and bathroom was perfect. It is situated in the very center of town surrounded by restaurants. The restaurante of the hotel is in fact one of the best places in town. There a ski rental place just opposite the hotel. Parking is also very close. Staff was really friendly and they helped me with one problem I had. I would absolutely recommend it."

La chica rubia joven de recepción es muy acelerada y no nos dejó tomar una manzana del buffet de la cena, que ya estaba listo pero no abría hasta una hora después, gran falta de criterio. Llegamos hambrientas después de un largo trayecto en coche y aún así dijo que no.

"It was a great hotel, it is really beautiful and located in a priviledge zone. The nature over there is amazing. The best thing about the hotel is the service and kindness of their employees, the spa zone is very spacious and new, the restaurant is delicious, we loved all the food (dinner and breakfast)
The room also was very modern and updated, the only thing i would improve is the amenities at the room that were unexisting, everything else was perfect :) "

They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking. All the local hiking is around the Rosengarten part and is stunning. You’re close to Alpe di Suise and Seceda. Looking forward to returning to this region and this hotel. Loved my stay there 🙏❤️"

Something to consider is that the property seems close to Bolzano on gmaps, however if you're getting there by car it's about 25 minutes outside of town up a VERY winding road. If you don't have a car, there's a bus that leaves from the train station and will drop you off right outside of the property that goes by every hour."
