"Nicht empfehlenswert. Der Service unaufmerksam, im Wellnessbereich sichtbarer riesiger Schimmel, Zimmer zur Straße hin zu laut.
Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten, Service beim Frühstück unterirdisch, man durfte nur in der einem bestimmten Bereich sitzen, in diesem wurde aber nicht neu eingedeckt , anderer Raum zwar eingedeckt aber an einem Tag sollten wir dort sitzen am nächsten Tag wurden wir unfreundlich angemeckert wir sollen doch im Hauptraum bleiben und Bescheid geben wenn wir keinen Platz...

I had an incredible experience here and highly recommend this stay, especially for Americans stationed in the area. One of the biggest perks is that they accept VAT forms, which made the process so much easier and more affordable for us. The accommodations were top-notch:

"The hotel, room, and service was excellent. No problem. The situation of the hotel is also good. Near to the castle of Neuschwanstein, and in a quiet place. The price is also good for the service offered.
