The staff was very accommodating and helpful, the food was amazing. Everyone really stepped up to provide everything we needed during a ccounty wide crisis, you can’t ask for more than that!! I very much appreciated everyone here.

Great Place to Stay
This place is convenient to the beach and shopping areas. It is clean and there is a full delicious breakfast including eggs and omelettes made to order. No toast though. The rooms are smaller sized but the beds are superb in comfort. They have a meet and greet with wine and lots of snacks.

Excellent location, but aqrea is a bit run down, and the Yam Hotel is overpriced (OK, but not really value for money). The (tiny) rooms have nice showers & comfortable beds, but my room had a desk but no chair.

Positif : - bien placé, - déco sympa, - Personnel sympathique - Petit dejeuner qualitatif PAs mauvais, mais ne mérite pas le classement actuel

Had a great stay
Went for a night with my daughter on friday..We stayed in a seaview classic with balcony on the 6th floor..Beds were very comfortable,had a godd nites sleep..Great views of the sea..Although weather wasn't best we had a great stay..Breakfast was very good,enough variety to choose from..Lovely hotel,friendly staff..

Great Boutique Hotel near Tel-Aviv Port!
We loved our one-night get away at Yam Hotel. The staff were so warm and helpful, the hotel super cute and has everything you need (and more!), the location is great. I would highly recommend!

Great location next to the port, super awesome breakfast food and happy hour everyday! Friendly staff, super cute room. The only one downside was I had problems getting taxi and the staff said they can’t order for me….. so that was a minus.

I must agree our people are our strongest asset, we are very lucky to have such a dedicated team so passionate about hospitality. Please allow me to explain the taxi situation. We are doing our best in all of our Tel Aviv hotels to find a solution to this problem. There are not enough taxis in Tel Aviv right now and therefore they cannot guarantee pick ups. Our guests are succeeding in getting a taxi from the street in front of the hotel but not by ordering in advance. Our apologies. We do hope to welcome you back to one of our Atlas hotels! Adorable, perfectly located, affordable
I love this place. Rooms are very small but everything is cute and comfortable and clean. Staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast is amazing. They have bikes to use which we did, and towels and water for the beach. Perfect location to go to Shabbat at the port, bike along the beach and enjoy the beach and all the port restaurants. Benny the Fisherman is exceptional!

Unfortunately this has to be the most over priced place compared to what you get I’ve stayed in. Good: the cleanliness. Polite staff, as other reviewers have said. Can’t be faulted. A happy hour each day where some free drinks and nibbles are laid out. Bad: the extortionate price charged for a so called “boutique” hotel. No restaurant. No decent bar. No facilities at all. The rooms are tiny and with very bad sound insulation. Not just from outside (where there are as of May 2022 something like five construction sites next to, under or nearby the hotel and I understand are due to continue for some time ) and can be heard in the rooms. Other than it’s minuscule rooms and a decorated lobby there is nothing more to this hotel. It literally is just that. And quite frankly - I am utterly perplexed as to why they believe the prices they charge are worth it. I paid £300 per night / and on average the hotel charges at least £200 per night for its measly offering. The hotel itself isn’t on the beach front but a very busy road a couple of roads behind it. You would be much better to go to an apartment sharing app than inhabit this hotel. Don’t be followed by the word “boutique” - this really isn’t anything of the sort. I left this place feeling thoroughly disappointed and ripped off.

Great stay
Having the balcony added to the enjoyment of our stay. Liked having the Nespresso machine with both coffee and nice tea bags. Bed was comfortable and room was well designed.

The stuff was friendly . I was a bit disappointed that I did not get room with sea view that I booked on my first night but they moved me to a higher floor the next night. The pillows where extremely uncomfortable for me . and the room it tiny . Location was good .

Only one word describes this hotel. Superb! From the time I arrived to the time I left all of the staff were fantastic. I was made to feel very welcome. They were always happy to help with any questions or requests I had. The room I had was very clean and in great condition. I had a really good view of the sea from my window. If you are looking for a small friendly hotel choose this hotel.

Great location near Tel Aviv port
Great location, just 2 minutes walk to Tel Aviv port. The staff were very friendly and welcome. Allthough the rooms are small, but very comftable. We had room on 7th floor with great view to the sea. Nespresso machine with capsules in the room. Great happy hour between 17:00- 19:00 with drinks and snacks
